I don't see why not. That's a creative use of two abilities.

Hi. Here is my sheet. I have a problem tough, i can't use the site you suggested for rolling dices. I'll use the "average body with superhuman mind" option but i'd like to know if it is a common problem or it's just me.

Bio :Herbert Wells does not remeber much of his life before coming to Farfield, but his poderous intellect has put together some pieces of the puzzle: he knows for sure that he was not born a robot. The many inefficiencies of his form point out that the nanomachines that form his body grew over preexistent living tissues.

He also has an high degree education. Despite  the fact that he never studied  a day since coming into town he knew enough about electronics and computer ton open a small electronics store in town, where he fixes basically anything his fellow citiziens bring him.He also believes that he practiced sport before, probably athletics. His "muscle" memory has not abandoned him unlike his intellectual one. 

Also he is absolutely sure that he is not of this time period. This is the the only true memory he has left. He knows the core that give him his powers is a futuristic technology and he knows he has to stop some event from happening, to avoid the formation a terrible future. Sadly, he has absolutely no idea what this event is, nor what catastrophe is trying to prevent. He doesn't even remember who is he trying to save. But he is extremelly determined to find out.

Description:On the outside Clockbender looks like a perfectly normal, healthy human being in his late 20'. However those who look more carefully will notice something off with him. It's not just the heterochromatic eyes, one blue and one hazel, or the way too thin blond hair, or the fact that his skin tend to  take a bluish hue  the rare times when  he is excited or angry. Most of all it's his movemens that give away his true nature. They are way too fluid and precise for a human being, like the movements of a starling flock. This is because  what appear as flesh is actually a swarm of bilions of nanomachines, working together like a swarm to simulate a human being. The only parts of his body not composed of nanotechnology are some vital organs( like his hearth and lungs)and  his core nucleum, a small device inside his brain that is the source of all his power.

Social: His brilliant mind  isolates him from most folks who are not at his intellectual level.
Personal:He has a tendency to overanalyze events, worriyng about their consequences in the long run. Sometimes this indecision can prevent him from acting.
Personal: He has an incredible curiosity and is completely uncapable of understanding that some things are better left alone.


Drawbacks: I will personally feel this in for you, once I have accepted your hero for play. Tho you can post suggestions! Expect me to try and bring you in line if I think your hero has the potential to outshine the others a bit too much-or just add an interesting twist.

I wrote my sheet assuming that the x2 powers, like time control counted as 2 powers. If i'm wrong,  please tell me so i can correct it.

To clarify, would that be only possible by overlaying the two or would just the one, at a sufficiently high level, work?
