animu is animu
animu physics + real world logic = dystopian setting
interesting theory, but have you considered that No
Beyblades don't kill their owners, who they are friends with
there aren't enough constellations to put into every single beyblade
maybe there are beys that don't have a soul, but are still powerful
good thing you don't need to, then

duplicates of things are apparently a thing, after all :P

in the anime, i mean
it makes sense that there would be soulless beys
but maybe they could use the zodiac or planets or something when constellations run out?

Twelve zodiacs, nine planets (+possibly plus named bodies that aren't planets, like moons, etc.)

also Victoria Mallory Logan is actually her first name, her entire name is Victoria Mallory Logan Cassandra Francine Elizabeth Henriette Ophelia Wyatt the Third

so do we come up with reason why the janitors can't just revive the pcs in a hypothetical situation in which they die now, or do we cross that bridge when we get there

The bad guys take the bodies, or revive you with bad-stuff and get more bad-guys to help them.

There are plenty of revival spells that revive enemy minions on your side, which while unethical, and by extension you can't do that, is perfectly viable for badguys.
