The only issue is that Hearthstone requires about 30 cards to be even playable, otherwise you get card burn really fast. Then again, I can't precisely predict how it is going to interact with other card games.

Eh, sure, let's say any Card you want has a headset for translating it's speech, which looks really funny on the card portrait.

Don't those games have their own balances?

I know in Yugioh, you can summon up to some number of monsters and spells per turn, but you have to tribute weaker ones to summon stronger ones.

And pokemon requires so many item cards.
