((The always [5] bonus works when player specifies that he/she wants to use it. It has a cooldown of few turns (I think that 2 turns should be enough), it's stated in skills and stats section of core rules.))
...and three, I am 90% certain controllers do not have telekinetic powers. Those go to poltergeists.)
((As I written earlier, the setting is only inspired by game series. You don't have iron maiden vines, ghouls or bear-bats in games, as well as x-ray flashes or repeller artifacts. Since there are no poltergeists in this setting, I gave a strong buff to controller's psionic powers, wich allows them to use it in both mind controlling and telekinetic manner.))
((But it's not all set in stone, if you wish controllers to get nerfed, or mutants and artifacts brought straight from the games, then you and other players can vote for it. With voting you can change every aspect of this RTD, so if you want to, for example, change stats so that they'd affect base rolls instead of their outcomes, then you can vote for it to get it changed.))
