Description:
Born at a young age to a rich family miss Sutherland grew up protecting the house from burglers and robbers one day she got shot and woke up in the morgue barely alive but with two mysterious brands she realized that she could control soul energy and at the age of 18 wants to be the hero the city will be proud of despite everyone calling them a guy they change their tune ussaly upon hearing her voice.

Perks:
Reckless Endangerment- 40% more damage dealt to enemy's at the cost of taking 25% more damage.
Heroic resolve- Immune to mind control effects their will burns with heroism!
Adrenaline rush-when reduced to 50%hp all stats are buffed by 2 points and she doubles her damage
Everyday hero-she gains fame twice as fast and gains infamy two times slower
Heroic spirit- At 0 HP, she does not lose consciousness and has 20 health before she dies.

Complications:
Unlucky:enemy's always seem to find her cops always seem to show up inconviently 60% chance something bad will happen at the start of an encounter.
Stalker- Some superpowers creepizoid is stalking her for probably neferaious purposes 80% chance her stalker ((nemesis)) will show up.

Stunning kick:at x2 less damage she can stun an enemy for 1 turn.
Unstable soul: Boosts her stats for three turns, by 1.5x her Phys. Attack, Spe. Attack and Agility,however she is completly unpredictable and must roll resilence in order to remain in control cool down 3 turns and halfs stats for a turn

By the way, Blitz, you might want to look over the example equipment. You nerfed Nicole's "Dark Wings" which were literally a reflavored version of one of the example accessories.
