Remilia is rudely awaken by the noise of the teleport bay,she gets up and walks to it,Tonbogiri in hand. "What is it now." Remilia says as she enters. "Oh,a replacement for the last lich, excellent,im going back to sleep, try not to wake me. and there goes Remilia walking off back to her little mausoleum.

The Lich is somewhat surprised at first, having not seen a Shade in many centuries. He is, however, intrigued about the offer that the shade is making."Ah, I see. This seems to be a very interesting proposal. I would be very glad to aid you in your endeavor, assuming that I am also made party to this knowledge.
Do you have an idea as to how long the research would take?"

((So we would both get the spell?))

"No more than a century, at most. Half the knowledge is already in my mind. And, of course, you will also learn the spell, as I doubt that you could help me research it without learning it yourself."

"Alright, I'd be glad to aid you. By the way, I never caught your name."
Research the fuck out of that spell.

((Wow, I seem to have missed an encounter. That went by pretty fast.))
Nik'Nak, upon hearing the teleport, eventually decides to investigate and shadowhops into the teleport bay.

"Oh, a new crewmember? I shall introduce myself. I am Nik'Nak, and I am bound to the engine room. Please note that access to the aforementioned room is slightly restricted."

Nik'Nak will be in the Engine room, as usual.

"You may call me Suffering, for that is the only thing I provoke in the heart of mortals. As ominous as it may sound, I was created to fight off mortals, and that's what I do. And they suffer horrible deaths."

Upon noticing Nik'Nak, Suffering tells the Lich:

"There is also a huge pit full of spikes in there, try to not get your frail physical form fall inside. An effective deterrent, one has to admit."

Without saying goodbye, Suffering and the shades mend into the shadows, and their glowing eyes suddenly fade away, having hopped to another place of the ship.

Research the fuck out of that spell.[/b]
That'll actually take two centuries, but so would any spell. You'll have four centuries after that, so what other spell research do you want to queue up?

Year 3200 - 3800 Crew Turn

Remilia and D. snooze away the centuries.

Suffering has a lot of helpful trap ideas, but their inability to pick up a hammer prevents any of them coming to fruition.

The gnomes take all remaining weaponry from the Hoard and Bone Grove. They then dig spike traps in the new pit room and play tricks for 6 centuries. [2,6,6,2,5,1]: they play a number of essentially harmless tricks, the remaining Dracolich phylacteries are places above the airlock doors, two centuries worth of research is lost to library hijinks. All the ruckus does raise the signature of the ship as it flies [roll twice for the next encounter].

Despite the disturbances, Forgotten manages to learn Greater Shade Creation [2 centuries] and make 2/4 centuries progress on Ghost Form.

The many shades practice their spooky tricks for the longest time.

Everyone: decide your starting positions for the next encounter.

TFTH: enemies teleport in to external rooms, starting with three in the teleport bay. They also get to attack first in a fight. The library is probably not a safe place to be. Also, where do you want your phylactery to be stored?
