(I assume that Artifice is a subschool of Alchemy. Tell me otherwise if this isn't so)
It's pretty flexible as to what is and isn't a school, but this seems pretty over the top. A proper school should be flavored, have a certain style to it and things it can and can't do well. The Fullmetal Alchemist vibe I'm getting from this is "I can do anything with the substance or form of any matter including complex structure and magical affinity," which feels excessively useful and thematically mushy.

As an acid test, consider what other skills or schools you'd want if you weren't an Omnibold. The fewer you can think of, either to supplement or empower your main skill, the more likely you're being too broad or powerful.
Well, I kind of wanted to go for a Thaumcraft kind of feel, mixed a bit with the crafting mechanic from Darkness Redeemed: Necromechanic. If that's too broad, I guess I could drop the DR: Necromechanic side of it.

you're apparently very highly recommended by Caellath.

Lies, all of it. I might have maybe perhaps mentioned this game and my interest in joining it to Gigla.

Well, my sheet is done; any issues?
Yeah, you're too cute.

She's not adorbs! She's a terrible and mighty dragon!
... stop laughing!
She is so adorbs.

I mean, please spare me your dire wrath, Dread Mistress Cuddwykins.

Familiar with Thaumcraft, not with Necromechanic. I get the rendering down alchemical reagents thing, but then what were you hoping to do with the resulting goo? Thaumcraft's pretty broad and thematically diverse on that.

To give you an example of the kind of thing I'm worried about, "Superman" is not a valid skill. It's probably too broad, for one thing, but it's also just incoherent for any explanation but "it's Superman." Eye lasers don't have a clear reason to be the same process as flight or X-Ray vision or invulnerability and so on, so saying you were "going for Superman" can't really justify attempting to load everything onto one skill like that. I'm concerned that's what's happening here, you're saying "ooh, I'll be Thaumcraft with some Necromechanic!" and then attempting to cram everything inside a single Thaumcraft+Necromechanic skill, even though it's probably too versatile and doesn't make much sense unless you're familiar with the source material.

Any problem with my sheet? Splicing seems specific enough and while sculpting might be trickier, it also requires a pre-existent spell. It's supposed to, for example, enhance or provide better control to magical attempts at fleshwarping, or shape a fireball into a flaming hand showing the middle finger, but it's unable to warp anything on its own.

My second submission option was going to be a bog-standard human but now I'm thinking about an animated object.

Hey, yeah. And, speaking of, thematically over vague things with too much coverage, what does dark magic actually do? The orcs apparently have it but I'm not sure what part of their description is necromancery and what's dark magic.

Looks good.

I think we have two people with Dark Magic and the impression I got or assumed was basically a damaging or inflict bad things school. "Dark magic" as far as the orcs are concerned just means assorted unpleasant magics, demon summoning or hexes or sacrificing life force or so on.

In other news, I'm attempting to figure out your destination and it keeps getting even crazier.

You said you knew little on Darkness Redeemed Necromechanic? Look around here for a bit... It will tell you what you need to know...

Just.... For my own curiosity, can you sum it up in like a paragraph that doesn't involve linking to a 235 page suggestion game? Honestly the effort I'm willing (and thus have) put in to reading that doesn't really tell me much about the school. The character seems to be a "necromacer" but also knows a whole bunch of other random spells?

Prologue: Herd of Cats

The dock was about as quiet and dignified as could be expected, which was to say it was a cacophonous bedlam of angry miscreants being poorly funneled to the wrong places by supervisors with no idea what they were doing.

"Ah, yes, the ah..." began a frazzled, young-looking elf in a green tunic and bright orange pants that matched his hair. "The ah, Insert Name Here expedition to... one of these names, I assume...? Um, the expedition to the place is... Form A4, right, Form A4...

A tomato with a human face, leather satchel of pressed flowers, and bottle filled with flesheating spiders sailed over his head.

"O-or we could start with the... the wizards.

Um...

J-Joseph John Jackson, Ogre Necromancer!

S-Sig... Sgig... Sjig-Nak? The um, the... 'Ratman+'. Ratman+ Fleshmaster.

Joseph John- is there... is there a second Joseph John Jackson the Ogre Necromancer?"

Several people shouted assent. The elf swallowed and kept reading.

"'Dark Shrimp' Malacent, Imp Arcane Arranger!"

An irritating but very evil laugh came from the crowd.

"Eiragast the Excellent, Succubus Necromancer!

Jos- right. Couple duplicates. Um...

Miya the Pathetic, Human Favored Soul!

Sjig- right.

Mongo the Magnificent, Utterly Elven Healer!

Um, this concludes the, uh-"

A hurled purple bottle crashed near his feet, exploding into white fire on the dock planks. Nobody moved to put it out.

"Th-this concludes the base list! There's still the auxiliary... um... there's still two more! Um, they are, they're...

...blank space...

Ulric Stoneforged, Dwarven Craftsdwarf!

Omuz, Dwarf Warder!

Th-that concludes the-"

He ducked a hurled brownish fish.

"There's no more! Talk to the shipmaster! The- oh right, the shipmaster!

He began furiously flipping through the stack of papers in his hands, trying and failing to ignore the jeering from the crowd.

His eyes bugged out at a certain page.

"Oh, OH! She can't- she isn't... uh, Eiragast can't make it? Is... she's not here?"

The crowd began baying again.

"R-right! The other, uh... that would be... Form 6C... um, um...

Otto, Omnibold Alchemist! This concludes the-"

A shower of rotten vegetables and small plush animals forced him into a crouch, where he continued rifling through his poorly organized forms.

"U-um! The Insert Name Here expedition to one of these places will consist of... of... uh, if any of you have any business to attend to, I guess now'd be the time...?"

It seems the expedition will take a few minutes to get organized, loaded, and underway.

Ulfric waits calmly as he tinkers with a roundish stick.
