Johnathan's little girl pulls off a relatively slow flash step... Then flips into the air, soon bringing her foot down upon the battle droid's head. It shatters.

The Roach is astonished that someone acted before him. So his jaw drops and he just stands in one place.

Johnathan the Invincible brandishes his new crystal spear and charges Ira. (6+4(TRG)=10 vs. 5-6(DEX)=-1)(...+3 to damage... actually, at that much of a difference, +4...) (2+6(DEX)+4(BAD_DODGE)=12 vs. 3+6(TGH)=9) Johnathan lodges his spear's tip in the barrel of Ira's auto cannon. Then the tip breaks off. Thankfully, the spear's growing a new one rather quickly.

Ira ignores this. Because clearly he's invincible. KICK! (2 vs. 3+6(DEX)-2(AGH)=7) The Roach takes a step backwards, and the kick misses.

(3+6(SPD)=9) The Exterminator blurs into the forest, stopping in a small clearing with Mage Guy... and his attack dogs.

(5) (5) Oh! A briefcase... Ferdinando Alino opens it with great haste. Inside... a survival kit? Contains self-powered electric tools... cross-dimensional transponder... oxygen bubble generator... rations... no WEAPONS? ((On a six for the second roll, you probably would have gotten a weapon...))

Meanwhile... INIT:

The Exterminator demonstrates superspeed on a degree that no dog could ever achieve. (1+6(TRG)=7 vs. 1)(+2 to damage...) (4-2(STR)+2(BAD_DODGE)=4 vs. 3-2(TGH)=1) A whap across the ribs... shocking pain... (moderate chest injury, -1 to DEX cause pain... -1 to TGH also...)

The dogs take off in a fury after seeing their master stricken. (6 and 5 and 5(the dogs stole your luck!) vs. 5+6(DEX)=11 and 3+6(DEX)=9 and 2+6(DEX)=8) A small spin, and all 3 dogs run right past him... seriously?

Mage Guy gets frustrated. (2 vs. 4+6(DEX)=10) He misses... and suddenly has a new hairdo. "There we go..."
