This, good sirs and madams, may or may not be fun.
Or deadly. But it probably will be deadly.
((Credit to Wwolin(did I spell your name right) for the original concept, modified somewhat by me.))
I'm going to have to ask you to fill out this form before I explain how this will work. Yeh?
Name:
Appearance/Gender/Backstory/Age/Fluff(optional):
Stats(you get no points to start with. If you want points, remove some from your stats, taking them into the negative. The most you can go on any stat is 6(positive or negative). Each point in the first 6 stats is a +1 to the relative roll. Every negative point in the first 6 stats is a -1 to the relative roll.)
Strength(lifting things, carrying things, smashing things, brute force damaging things):
Dexterity(dodging things, acrobatic things, finesse force damaging things):
Targeting(with attacks, targeting things):
Toughness(surviving things, surviving damaging things):
Speed(running past things, getting good rolls on the init thing):
Mind(using magic things, resisting mental things):
Fate Points(any point you assign in this confers a single use +1 bonus to any action of your choice, may be used at any time. If you take it into the negative, the GM gets Anti-Fate Points to use on you at any time.)
Loot Luck(Every 3 points in this increases all your Loot Tier rolls by one. If you take it to the negative... you get the idea, right? You can only add or take away from this in threes. To prevent free points.)
Wait, what? Loot Tier?
0(Mundane Items)
1-2(Decent Loot)
3-4(Potent Loot)
5-6(Rather Powerful Loot)
7-8(Overpowered Loot)
9-10(Game Changing Loot)
11(NO DON'T YOU DARE)
Loot Tiers are permitted to go into the negatives. This results in cursed loot.
So how does this work, you ask?
Simple. When you start in the game, you get a random loot item.
When you get a random loot item, you start at 0(Mundane Items) and roll a d6(this is your Loot Tier roll): 1, -3 to Tier, 2, -2 to Tier, 3, -1 to Tier, 4, 0 to Tier, 5, +1 to Tier, and 6, +2 to Tier. If this goes above 6, the increase in Tier increases by one for each increase, if it goes below 1... the same, only negative.
Now you may have noticed that this leaves you no way to get to higher Tiers than 2(unless you have positive points in the Loot Luck stat). Never fear... there's another way to increase your Loot Tier roll. Whenever you kill a player(which gives loot by the way), all of his/her loot disintegrates and gives you +1 to the Loot Tier roll for each item he/she had that was disintegrated. Simple as that.
Example:
(3(basic roll)+1(the person you killed had one item)+1(you have 3 points in Loot Luck)=5), +1 to your Loot Tier, taking you up to 1- Decent Loot. On a 6, that would have been (6(basic roll)+1(same)+1(3 Points in Loot Luck)=8), which would take you to Tier Four, Potent Loot.

So I'll take six of you, for the moment. That number will go up to 8, and later 10, if I think I can handle it.
~~~
And one more thing: For all you spectators: This is the most important thing of all.You're the ones supplying the Loot. Simply use your PM device and tell me what you want to throw into the Vault, from which all Loot flows. The Loot you send in will automatically be assigned a Tier, and may later appear in the game if that Tier is rolled. Actually, no. Not for the moment. I have a backlog of loot that I need to process.
Thanks!
Rules Errata:
Logic Attacks: Roll MND against your opponent, if you have a rather large difference in roles, can produce a variety of mental effects.
Vehicles: Replace some of your stats with that of the vehicle while you're using it.
Dodge-caused damage penalties: The most TGH a player can lose from a bad dodge is 4.
