The middle of the plane is home to Xanadu, a sprawling fortress-town home to Nergu and his esteemed guests. New inhabitants of Tengrii arrive here daily, before being sent off to their appropriate afterlives or reincarnation.

The library Xerxes is firmly attached to Nergu's grand castle and is open to all inhabitants and planewalkers. While all knowledge can be found in written form, librarian spirits are able to recite most of the library's contents by heart.

The goddess in veils shimmering like only utter emptiness can tilts her head to the side. She finally pulls her tongue back in ripping apart as it goes, and looks over the proposals. Even their concepts seem to fade as she tries to decide how to both make her wants known and keep herself safe- hidden, the figure squints in consideration. Finally, she raises a hand covered in non-existent jewelry, and pulls a piece of long paper from the air. As it comes out, the text it bears becomes words wrong somehow, like Creation itself shudders to hear.
