I'm still starting tomorrow, and TheBiggerFish will be the captain (It states in his application that he has a ship with plenty of guns and stuff). Anyways, see ya tomorrow.

(Currently in the process of Stating out characters. Instead of making you wait longer, here's a Hub World! Enjoy your time in the haven of thieves)

Stormalong 1337: "Smiles";Morion
Welcome, pirates, thieves, and mercenaries, to Stormalong 1337. A miniature planet clogged with criminals and other unsavory sorts, this is one of many blots in the Dark Sea where any various nefarious individuals may acquire anything his dark heart desires, or simply relax, and settle a few rather unfriendly disputes with those who had the gall to throw you under the Meritocratic bus for their own gain. Brothels, taverns, their all here, heck, the Black Market and Casinos too! Welcome to to Stormalong 1337, enjoy your stay!

Pirate Ship: Captained by Nam Heer; Pirates: Emily Loghead, Krak; Guest: John Dee
You have just docked on Stormalong 1337, with whatever business you have here, being your own. As for your ship, it was heavily damaged in some event You all would rather not talk about. It is currently under repairs, and because of this, the repair crew had the all of you kicked out of the ship for a time, so as not to be disturbed. They say they will be finished when (I get finished stating out characters), and until then, to mind your own business. Well, here you are! Stormalong is your own little barnacle-infested oyster! Have fun (and remember, Don't eat the sushi!).

Morion is chilling on the roof of some warehouse right next to the spaceport, concentrated on the screen flickering with information.

John Dee wanders about, taking in the atmosphere, looking at the more foreign and xenoraxic areas to see if there's much he hasn't seen before. He sends his beetle into the vents and crannies, to inspect any cameras and microphones, and idly tries to work out where the dock controls are.

If nothing of interest shows itself, he wanders over to the black market dealers and asks if they need any technology explaining to them.

List of Nam's Things To Do, In Order:
Food.
Food.
Food.
Sell off any acquired weapons that don't go THOOM and aren't melee.  So, keep swords and such if any.
More food.
Acquire eyepatch, because eyepatch.

((It's _actually_ pronounced Lockheed, since the company was originally called Loughead Martin. They changed it to Lockheed to prevent mispronunciation.
Not that I'm actually objecting to what you posted, heh.))

Emily stumbled from place to place, amazed at all the foreign and exotic... things. She wasn't exactly sure what to make of the wierder animals in the black market or the... costumes being worn at the 'hotel,' but she did have an interest in learning more about the other half of herself, and this seemed like a place with a lot of knowledgeable and experienced individuals.

No I didn't. I bet that'd be a real fun fight.

Remind Nam to get food.

Smiles wanders about, taking in the sights and scoping out potential employers. He stumbles upon two people talking about squids.

"These squid, do they only live in water?"

Check how much money I've got, also check wether my pistol is still in good shape and loaded.

"No, I'm sure they live in acid, clearly..."

Also get food. Avoid squid and sushi.

Smiles regards the young lass with a steady gaze.

"Right, because it's impossible that these squid evolved to live on land. Or that you're using the term squid as a cussword for a certain alien species. I'm just a goddamned idiot for not assuming you're talking about run of the mill squid, clearly."

"Acid? That adds a bit of challenge.
Oh, captain, don't forget the booze!"

Remember to pack some rum for Emily, the guest, and whatever NPC deckhands there are.

The captain, or at least the ship's owner, as was, is moving a bit too fast to hear you.

A tall broad-shouldered figure with what one would assume a big black gem medallion resting on the chest walks in on the talking people on market, in what appears to be a grey duster coat fitted really tight to the body with black and grey overalls (also skintight, it would appear) under it.
[for the sake of speedng this up let's say these people on the market are you guys]

"Right, because it's impossible that these squid evolved to live on land. Or that you're using the term squid as a cussword for a certain alien species. I'm just a goddamned idiot for not assuming you're talking about run of the mill squid, clearly."

- I have come across at least two different species that take "squid" for a serious insult.

((I'm editing it again because I misread Pan's post, sorry))
