All of the remodeling will have to wait for the next buy phase, the best you can do for now is haul the burnt furniture out.  Also, you should pick a slogan for your crier.

The last status doesn't include our awesome cannonball sign. Maybe we could make a special deal to attract clients? If you manage to drink ten tankards of ale without puking/collapsing, the drinks are on the house!

Outside:
There are usually merchant stalls right outside, leaving no room for tables and chairs. The inn has no stables of its own, forcing patrons to pay for the use of a nearby stablehouse. There is no sign outside.

Alright, now that we've more money coming in, I'd suggest getting some... unburnt furnishings. Between the bar and tables/chairs it should only cost us 65 Silver to do all that up thanks to our spectacular DIY skills. That leaves us with about 100 silver left to spend, though I'd advise leaving 30 silver in there in case of surprise taxes or something.

I think we should go for a low-price, high-volume strategy. Probably fix some of the rooms for extra income. I'm a bit sad we didn't get any more customers or extra fame, given that we had a great slogan and a crier.

Well, they probably evened the odds with having good booze

That being said, it'll be a lot cheaper to renovate our inn than what it will be for them, so we have a definite advantage for that.
