The inn at 122 Gypsum Street stands three cramped stories tall on a street corner in the merchant district. Outside the street is filled with stalls where almost anything can be bought for enough coin. Smells of exotic spices and chamber pots waft in through the windows, along with the clamor of trade day and night, and the streets are walked by all manner of strange foreigners, as well as regular folk who sell common goods. The building was badly damaged during the recent war.

The inn itself has the following facilities:

Bar:
The bar itself is a long wooden countertop, badly burned. All the tables, chairs and other furniture including a billiard table is burned so that most if it can't be used- it's lucky the Liquor License itself escaped the fire, in a glass case on the wall. The wallpaper and curtains are in a similar state.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a smoke-stained brick floor and walls, with countertops, a wash basin and a couple cast-iron stoves. It's enough to make very simple fare.

Bedrooms:
There were five bedrooms with feather mattresses and pillows. Three of them have a cannonball-sized hole in the wall and their beds are ruined, though, so only two of the bedrooms are useable. They used to have mirrors, which have since been stolen. On the upside, one room comes with a free cannonball!

Cellar:
The cellar provides an area where drinks can be stored, it is dry and cool. Any drinks that were already here have been stolen. Two walls make a hollow sound when tapped, they are probably right against adjacent cellars.

Outside:
There are usually merchant stalls right outside, leaving no room for tables and chairs. The inn has no stables of its own, forcing patrons to pay for the use of a nearby stablehouse. There is no sign outside.

Manager:

For your first Buy phase, choose the following things:
>Your manager's name. The manager is a character shared by the whole team and his/her skills affect the running of the inn.
>Your manager's race. Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc and Gnome are the most common. You could be some other thing, but it might not be to your benefit.
>One Skill for your manager. Options include knowledge in a category of drink (Beer, Wine, Rum, Cocktails, etc), Fighting, Home Improvement, Literacy, or something else that makes sense.
>A Well Drink to start with. Options are: Ale, Red Wine, Rum, Apple Cider, Mead.
>The name of your inn!

Once a few people have made a majority vote, we'll move to the next phase.
