Because she's a craven  who is putting people's lives in danger to advance her own dreams and furthermore she has not prepared them to Handel any horrors they may face at all she's a terrible leader and if anyone is gonna get everyone killed it's her.

She is not teaching everyone she's going to places that are potentially dangerous instead of teaching them at least some basic defense's via magic or at the very least giving them stuff to protect them.Furthermore she freezes up at the slightest danger and that's not acceptable behavior for a leader ever! Elise is braver! Morgana is a coward! And she didn't stop occeanous from touching a bird that could potentially be made of fire she does not give her teammates info that may be useful and finally she's a hypocrite!
