+1 to chain-saber.

Hopefully down the line we can find out if we're Force sensitive, even if it means we'd be a disgusting psyker.

Obviously we need to acquire a powersword. It's very important that we show that upstart Guant that we're superior.

Actually, if we are from the chem dogs, we'd probably be even more hardline. The looting is just a tolerated thing so they don't get too out of line.

That being said, it'd be pretty cool to be a kriegan commisar. There's still plenty of blamming to go around, it's just more at the officers than the rank and file.

And Krieg Commissars are more of "safeguard" officers anyway, so we would be more intelligent and better and tactics and whatnot. Used to not see your (storm)troops faces, requiring perfect loyalty and obedience and whatnot. Also, classy as fuck.

"I am Hanzel Kreuger assigned to the Savlar Chem-Warriors 5th Regiment, a unit recently assigned to take part in a defense at the Cadian Gate against the foul 13th Black Crusade of Abaddon the Despoiler.  I will require eventual return to that unit, but several obstacles that will prevent me from doing so easily," you respond to the fellow Commissar's question.

The other Commissar's eyebrow raised a slight bit more.  However, before he commented, the troops he had sent off returned.  "We have been ordered to escort the Commissar to the Situation Room."

The other Commissar gave a short nod before turning to you and saying, "kindly follow the Stormtroopers, 'Commissar'."

While they did not look like the Storm Troopers you remember, you recognize that things would be different in the 26th Millennium in comparison to the 41st Millennium.  They escort you a quite large distance, until you come across a small room they ask you to enter.  You do so, and come into a circular room with a round table at the center of it, the top containing a blue grid.  One the other side is a robed figure of transparent, flickering blue that says in a distorted voice, "how did you come to know of the Inquisitorus?"

How do you respond?

While we ourselves were not selected for entry into the Inquisition, our superiors knowing our place in life is to inspire the troops and punish cowards and traitors, we learned of them while studying in the Schola Progenium, just like every other commissar.

While this is certainly a peculiar situation, it seems that Inquisiton was much more secretive about their actions in the past. We don't exactly recall that we were taught their history in such detail, especially when it comes to outdated techniques they used.

We're from the 41st millenium.  That's how.

I agree with this, through we should mention that we are not from this millennia, or apparently this Imperium since I believe the Glorious Imperuim of man isn't founded for another four to five thousand years.

Also, we should totally ask who we have pleasure talking to, since those people could as well all be HERETICS.

Also, we should totally ask who we have pleasure talking to, since those people could as well all be HERETICS.

You carefully inquire as to who you are speaking, and the Inquisitor simply responds, "that information is beyond what you are allowed to know.  Answer the question."  You would respond with the comment that you have to make sure you are not speaking to a heretic, but you don't to risk death from the chance that these inquisitors are even a hundredth as fanatical as those of the 41st Millenium.

While we ourselves were not selected for entry into the Inquisition, our superiors knowing our place in life is to inspire the troops and punish cowards and traitors, we learned of them while studying in the Schola Progenium, just like every other commissar.

"During my Schola Progenium training, there was an option to train for the Inquisition, an honor granted to only certain individuals.  Myself was not among them, so I became the closest thing, a Commissar of the Imperium of Man.  Our job is to inspire the troops and punish the traitors of the army of the God-Emperor with the ever reliable Bolt Pistol," you respond.

The inquisitor is silent for a few moments, before speaking, "Where is this Schola Progenium?"

We're from the 41st millenium.  That's how.

You nearly respond stating that the Schola Progenium technically won't be founded for another few thousand years, but then you realize that a lowly individual such as yourself claiming time travel may be considered heresy.  You will have to think fast to give a satisfying answer to the Inquisitor's inquiry, though...

What do you do?

This Inquisitor is asking a lot of questions about where we are from. That's good. Inquisitors ought to be inquisitive and Inquisitors know that only real commissars would know that there is no singular Schola Progenium, but rather multiple secret academies hidden throughout the galaxy. Tell him of the location we were trained in but acknowledge that it is not the only academy in the galaxy. If he asks where the rest of the academies are, he is clearly a heretic trying to locate the Schola to destroy them.

I approve. We also clearly need to be prepared to BLAM him if needed. If it turns out he is not a heretic, we should ask him about the state of the Imperium.

Actually I'd suggest we hold back the blamming, don't want to run out of ammo so soon.
