-Stephen is immune to his death thing because that isn't his true name,
-Kazahana is immune to it because she technically doesn't even have a name. And she's immortal. Trying to kill Hana, who is an embodiment of video game knowledge, would be like trying to kill a concept. Unless you're Shiki Tohno, it won't work. Ever.
-Lidia can pull MAD.

It's about eye contact, I think; doesn't matter how fast you are if they can make eye contact.

Eh. Adam's not that hard to kill. He's slow enough that the likes of Hana could detect his movement, his invisibility gets rekt with truesight or people like Stephen's senses, and he's presumably weak to being staked or any other vampire weakness.

To actually resist the effect, you have to be either intrinsically unkillable (Dullahans presumably are immune to their own effects, Hana as an embodiment of a concept can't really die, etc.) or have no eyes to actually make contact with, or have something preventing eye contact.

Or be Saitama.

I see it as a solid exterior but a hollow interior but doing that wouldn't kill him it'd defeat him but you'd probably have to destroy his soul to permanent kill him.
