I considered this specifically, actually; for the purposes of her ability, a "power" is an intrinsic magical ability that one possesses. If it is something PHYSICAL or nonmagical, it doesn't count, so she couldn't for example copy any of SERAS' tools but could copy (and DID copy), say, Ray's dark and light abilities.
