As for the sniper rifles, I'll allow it, but you're going to have to procure your own TACMIL on-site. The U.S. government hasn't, um, officially adopted them yet. Let's go with that.

In that case, I'll focus on the HK PSG1; it makes more sense for a Coast Guard sniper to specialize in a weapon the government uses, after all.
