I couldn't find where to put the background information on it and I'm pretty sure I've mucked up at least one skill. Oh well. I have stock background information for all my characters, will edit shortly

She's efficient, hardy and eager. But there's more than meets the eye, not surprising for somebody with her dreadful past.

She was born and grew up in a great family in a poor capital, she lived comfortably until she was about 12 years old, but at that point life changed drastically.

She lost her family in an act of terrorism and was initiated in a gang. With the help of a suspicious friend she had to survive in a insane world. But with her diligence and eagerness, she managed to battle the elements and survive everything. This has turned her into the woman she is today.

Powerless to change the past, she went along with the gang's antics until one day they started a riot. All members of the gang were captured. She went down fighting three riot police. At the police station she was given a choice. Be kicked out on the streets or join the police force. She chose the police force. By doing so, she hoped to live a normal life and finally find happiness she has never had.

She quickly rose through the ranks from just another greenhorn to a very strong figure in the force. She was shortlisted for the Tactical Operations Unit (TOU) and soon became the star officer. By doing this she hopes to prove that your past doesn't define who you are, just giving you the starting point for who you're going to be.

And, um, you can't put half a rank into something, if that's what you mean.

In the d20 modern character sheet maker I put 1 rank into something and it gave me 0.5 into it. This tended to happen with the 'cc' skills, although I didn't look into it more than that

I'm just finalizing preparation for the game. I was expecting a bigger turnout, to be honest. :v

It's about the quality of the players, not the quantity.

I know that--I actually set the player cap at 4. I was thinking that I could put up the OP before everything was ready and use the time in which I pick and choose between submissions to get everything I had left done, but there's a slightly lower number of submissions than I was expecting.

("Finalizing preparations", in this case, refers to making sure there aren't any loose ends, writing up character sheets for the bosses, and putting little easter eggs and stuff here and there.)
