a npc God can i create one?

That question has already been answered: ? ? ?

? ? ?= I will not answer the question for whatever reason. Generally, this means "Try it out in game and see", or "Might be possible, but requires certain research, special circumstances, or otherwise things that not everyone possesses". It may also mean "It is more fun not to answer this at the time".

Are all your questions about food?
No.

Since I am a god of Blood, can I drink the Ichor of other gods more easily than I could otherwise?

Gods don't have Ichor. If you mean Crux, than no. Crux isn't blood.

*satisfied sigh* Crux, Power, Essence. A triad of words that I like. It's good to have them back.

Does eating a soul kill the soul? Does it cost anything to eat a soul?

Trying like that immediately kills both of them.

It would depend how you go about eating it. "Eating" the soul would simply be flavor for the action. Examples: It could be an afterlife, a forced-souljar, or a soulslaying weapon. In any case, it would cost E/P to do, with a discount for the Soul Goddess.

Did Iliseth at any point invent necromancy? I don't think she did but I can't really remember.

The only Magic System she created was Art.

Do not worry they don't even have seperate bodys so they can't do the traditional method they'd make it through essence if it is possible which we'll find out if it's possible when they try.

I've been thinking. Of the four gods I've played, Cim was serious and got very far. Possaio was silly but didn't catch flight in the short time Gods of the Glow was active. The old Aurosseu was incredibly silly, but did little of meaning. Mörkö had a fun side, but remained serious in dealings. He didn't get quite as far as I would've wanted, but could definitely have done worse. On the other hand, I've enjoyed my shenanigans a lot, and isn't enjoyment the main purpose of this game, not just getting far in crunch terms?

From this I can say that to get the most enjoyment out of a god game, I must play a god that is simultaneously serious and silly. I think the best way to do this would be to give Aurosseu a steward or other such proxy to think straight for it and handle actual dealings. Would this cost anything if I'd take it as a change in primary form, one without any mechanical bonus?

Does it cost anything to activate common sense on a race?

Didn't Nilva do something like that?

Demigods (Which Nilva made and ATH seems to want to make) can be made by non-traditional means with the expenditure of essence, the more essence spent the more powerful they are. Methods for this include cloning vats, DF esque pregnancy by spores, hand-holding, or meaningful eye contact,  planting seeds in the ground, etc. Normal mortal-like reproduction is outlawed.

Changing your form, symbol, personality, or other purely ascetic parts of your character can be done any time for free. This includes forming/losing split personalities/twin Gods/ etc.

Does it cost anything to activate common sense on a race?

Common sense is, by definition, common. If only one race had common sense, it would instead by "rare sense". Logically, rare things are expensive, thus activating rare sense for a race would cost absurd amounts of essence.

Hey Stirk, you kinda need to do the income this time. It's been such a long time that I have no idea how much Essence, Power, and Crux I have. Besides, it has been a very long time since you last did income.

Otherwise, glad to see the game has returned and that my actions were done well. Thanks.

Okay I have a question I want to make an intelligent ice fox race what traits would I need to use to make that work?

Standard race is "Basically Human". Window dressing doesn't cost anything. 0.001E per individual, even if they are Ice Foxes.
Otherwise, I would need more detail. To make them more intelligent than base, you would give them the [MT Intelligence +X <x1.2^X>] trait. To give them some kinda ice powers, you would give them [CP Ice Powers +X <x1.4^X>] etc. The trait system is meant to work so that you can pretty much transfer its description to function.
