Mavnon did not return to her people with glitz and glam. Rather, she allowed her followers to simply discover the fact that he was once more present amongst them. Of course, it did not take long.

The Orcs were the first to discover her presence. While many orcs had forsaken their traditional nomadic lifestyle, some had remained the same as always. Bandits, traders and shepherds but most of all loyal to Mavnon's memory. As such, the goddess bestowed a kiss on their champions as they slept, infusing them with a god's own luck.

Next on the agenda, the god decided she needed a permanent abode. Choosing some virgin land still untouched by Rilemi hands, she immediately ordered several thousand Durazni to march to her position. Though she knew quite well that he could simply conjure the building, Mavnon missed seeing her creations work, especially those that had been created for that singular purpose. And so, with the aid of conjured materials, Lady Luck's Lighthouse was formed out of the mountain, a great tower surrounded by acres of lofty palaces. Of course, such an edifice soon attracted attention, just as Mavnon hoped. In time, the estate would serve not only as Mavnon's headquarters, but also an entertainment district for her followers.

Bless the Orcish tribal champions that have remained loyal to me with boons of absurd luck. Use Power.
Check up on my Immortals and see what they've been up to save for Temujin.
Create Lady Luck's Lighthouse, Mavnon's permanent HQ on the outskirts of the Rilem Mountainhome. It is a grand casino/hotel/convention centre with a luxurious nouveau theme throughout the estate. Neon lights are almost everywhere in the Lighthouse. The eponymous Lighthouse is located at the rear of the estate and breaches the mountain caverns, reaching out into the sky.

Dgetga, meanwhile, is sitting in the middle of his own temple.
The interior is a mass of screens, showing designs, snippets of code...Everything is licensed under something similar to the GPL, and apparently all patents have been filed with the proper authorities.  (up to 2E for automatic patent filer.)  Dgetga answers questions and watches the world.

Tick 2: New Year

Iliseth goes down to the fragments, searching for the illusive info dump. The Labs, Libraries, and Schools she visits give her the information they can, aside from responding with extreme confusion.

The humans in  the sapling territory lived there for several generations, reaping the benefits of the Great Trees increasing crop yield and the protection this position gave them. Integration proved difficult, the cultures, philology, and belief systems meshed poorly. Among the largest problems was the fact Humans where diurnal while the Saplings where nocturnal, limiting the meaningful interactions between the two and preventing them from working closely together. Aside from that, the humans actively kept the idea they where their own country alive, keeping together in the area given to them. It eventually became clear to both sides that the Saplings required the land on a more biological level, due to its proximity to the Great Trees, while the Humans would be better off with their own land. The Saplings called upon their allies in the Great Reefs to find new land oversees that would be suitable for the Human group, which was discovered in short order. The groups then worked together to create some of the first large-scale magitech, a fleet of massive ships capable of moving the Humans across the ocean. The Greet Reefs provided the knowledge of watercraft, the Saplings provided the massive amount of wood necessary, and the Humans provided the Art. With the new crafts, the relocation went smoothly, placing them on a continent surrounded by water, where they remained. This distance isolated them for some time, aside from their relationship with the Reefs and Saplings, for some time. New advances in watercraft and aircraft made this distance feel small, opening them back to the world again in only a couple of generations. With old problems forgotten in time, they had friendly relations with many of the superpowers, especially the Great Tribe, who had a comparatively similar culture due to many of the Humans descending from groups that left the Great Tribe.

Art is one of the most popular systems for Magictech, due to its comparative versatility and ease of use. It can be seen nearly anywhere magitech is seen, especially among the Human lands. Approximately 10% (Pre-5E human creation) of Humans still worship the Blood God as their primary. Non-Human worship is decent among all races, with no particular pattern in terms of kinds of people who decide to follow her.

Iliseth creates 5000 humans and places them on the Human continent! This is certainly something that will draw notice. (Iliseth -5E)

Stellarion find the Most Pure Arachnid female and grants her Immorality (1E) and a series of Blessings (All counted as +1). After the God of Space speaks to her, the parents of the newborn huddle around their now-larger daughter and ask what is going on. Naturally, the Most Pure Hearted Arachnid is one who is completely uncorrupted by any source. Naturally, this means that the Purest possible is one who was born not seconds before. The room is then filled with little baby Arachnids who begin crying in Symphony (Stellarion -2E)

Gai-gen finds an old Witty Wat sitting in a small bed in the corner of the workshop, sleeping soundly. A bronze wolf-tag with the words "Circles" is around its neck.

Gai-gen then creates an experimental staff, meant to allow Mortals to use Power given to them by the Gods. Fortunately, unlike other experiments with Power, it did not explode a significant portion of the world into fragments. In fact, it didn't explode at all! (Yet) (Gai-gen -8E -5P)

Gai-gen then attempts to make another Golden Age for the Dwarves, supported by Dgetga. Unfortunately, unlike prior attempts, this brought forth some of the !consequences! of using Power to advance technology. The Golden Age shows itself by advancement in the Medical field. Many new medicines enter the market, and things seem well for the first part. However, many have unintended effects, some deadly. Many end up dead in hospital beads. Perhaps worse off, many of the New Drugs find themselves being sold on the streets in mass quantities, with amoral pushers using the general ignorance of the Drug's effects to claim they are harmless or non-addictive. The end result is a "Drug Epidemic" hitting the Dwarven Nations, causing countless deaths directly and indirectly. (Gai-gen -5P)

Dgetga checks in his creations! Dgetga should be more specific about what creations he is checking up on.

Teburshe examines the economy and advances in science. The economy is currently headed by the Great Tribe and allies, the superpowers being most effected by the (former) God of Greed. Most of the nations have decent-to-good economy. The New Kingdom has a poor economy, due to isolation, and the economy of the Elemental Wolves is nearly nonexistent. The two largest economic theories stem from the Great Tribe, who has a capitalist belief system, and the Aag nation, who favors a communist system. The Great Tribe is generally more likely to push their economic theory on allies, desiring trade and willing to give it, making it more prominent world-wide. The Aag philosophy generally spreads to their close allies, such as the Ants, and they are typically more interested in self-reliance and less interested in trade for trade's sake.

Technological advancement is happening all around the world. Medical advancement (felt mostly in the Dwarven lands) seems to be moving the quickest thanks to the Golden Age, though not at a noticeable amount for the most part.

Aside from what was mentioned in the Human events earlier, the Saplings and Polyps have little relationship with the outside. The Saplings are isolated by culture and sleep cycle, the Polyps by being underwater and all. Both are isolated by their (comparatively) small populations and the fact major population centers have to be located near the Great Trees/Reefs. As such, they generally developed on their own, independently. The Great Plants are surrounded by massive cities, where most of the population places itself. The rich find themselves living in the plants themselves, while the poor find themselves living near the edge. Surrounding the cities is the farms, where plants grow year around, magiced to life by poor farmers who live near them. Mana crystals are generally imported by well-protected roads, while food is exported to foreign nations (typically by foreign traders). The Reefs generally have a similar layout, growing a myriad of underwater plants usually without the aid of magic (due to the difficulty importing large amounts of crystals, and the inability to export large amounts of plants easily). The fact there are only a few Great Reefs means they often rely on the Saplings to help development. Wood is a cheap building material throughout, often grown as buildings (often by the farmers for extra money). The technology is generally less specified than some other species, replacing metal with specially-grown wood when possible.

Megafauna continues to be animals, as always.

There is still many times Earth's size in empty space, there is no threat of it being used up any time soon (even if there was attempts to do so).

Koroshiya looks down below to find someone worth saving. In the corner of his eye, he sees a group of massive Orc trucks surrounding a trading caravan.

Patronius creates two towering monoliths in the capitals, with the effect of inspiring Mortals! Countless photos are taken, as many of the faithful make hasty pilgrimages to the new structures. (Patronius-2E)

Fredrich gives the history of the nation (as seen in the History section), still on his knees. As Patronius leaves he hurriedly begins preparations.

Other ring bearers:
The Ant King is still in power, ruling over the Ants.
The Invention Ring Bearer started up a company in his homeland ages ago, producing technology and magitech.
I can't remember who else had one  :-\.

Lauxal attempts to form a  barrier between the two Killers. They don't seem to be in active combat at the moment, so it does little. The Dreamkiller seems content to end the rivelry at the God's behest, but the Nightmarekiller trudges on as if it didn't understand the words.

Several Gods introduce themselves to their followers once again! Reactions very from mild confusion to Pius bowing, to rushing to the nearest temple to rushing to the nearest hospital.

Dgetga returns, solving a random R&D issue. The issue is apparently a budget problem (perhaps the most common of all!) of a Dwarf experimenting with electricity and gold. The Dwarf is fairly confused about the business card, and makes his way to the temple for his promised funding.

Dgetga builds a small-technologically advanced temple in an area known for its technological advancement. What nation it is in has yet to be specified. Many pilgrims show up just to see where the strange new building came from, and it is quickly populated by faithful priests.  (Dgetga -3E)

Kondreanth puts up several thousand posters across the world and moon, typically in populated areas. Many interested prays are directed toward him, while a small following starts to grow (especially among those who had disbelieved in the Gods up to this point). There is a smaller amount who believes this is simply a scam or a prank banking on the Gods returning. (Kondreanth -1E)

Utther vandalizes several hundred of the posters, adding mustaches, replacing words with inappropriate language, and randomly adding "NOT". Many thousand remain untouched. Kondreanth responds by placing a kick-me sigh on Utther's back, and an apparently unaltered poster on his face. Dgetga invents a scraper that can remove posters. Gai-gen boots Utther, perhaps being inspired by the sign. Uztot slaps the poster off of Utther's face and hitting Kondreanth (Uztot -2P), apparently doing no particular damage.

Mavnon blesses loyal Orcish leaders with Luck. Naturally, their success rate in raiding increased drastically, gaining more attention that usual from the other Orcs and surrounding nations. Events like an Orcish band discovering a nearly-unguarded Dwarfish gold train whose engine broke down form stories and rumors that spread far and wide, at least among raiders. (Mavnon -2P)

Mavnon then orders the creation of her HQ, creating the materials necessary for the construction to go swimmingly. This included large volumes of Neon gas, likely making the "light" part of the "lighthouse". Even now, the faithful rush towards its shiny lights like woths to a flame. (Mavnon -1E)

The Human Female whose name I forgot continues to lead her small nation, focusing on weapon development for the larger kingdoms. Many experiments had been done on the Durazni in particular, in an attempt to make them a powerful fighting force in the modern day.
The spymaster continues to serve the Clan Dwarves, leading the modern spy ring when not on missions themselves. Other organizations in other nations have been formed to compete with them, almost always falling far short. Even in peacetime, they remain busy, researching old enemies and new techniques.
...That is all I can remember of the Immortals.

Kondreanth transfers 2E to Mavnon, then creates several thousand posters surrounding the new lighthouse! The neon lights shine down on the posters, advertising two separate Gods in two separate ways. The sheer amount of posters confuse many, who assume the tower actually belongs to the man with all the posters. (Kondreanth-3E) (Mavnon+2E)

Dgetga begins filing patents. There doesn't seem to be any set patent system for most countries, let alone between countries, making this task either extremely easy or extremely difficult depending on your view. The Aag inspired nations do not believe in property as such, making intellectual property a pointless system. The Great Tribe inspired societies believe in a more radical Laissez faire system, which again dislikes patents. Fortunately, this makes creating the autopatent filer an easy task.

((By the Gods, I got it before the year was over~ YAAAAY! Don't expect me to have the stuff up, that was a lot of writing and I like never do it. Maybe I will do it Sunday. Probably.))

Derp, forgot stuff.

Temujin was not found in his prison! The Great Tribe guards swear he couldn't have gotten out-having been sealed in a gem and all- a manhunt has begun in the Great Tribe countryside. Aircraft fly around like flies on rotten meat, shining spotlights and scraping every nook and cranny they could. Rumors have started in the Elemental Nation about the return of their messiah.

The Ritual Stones have vanished! As most of them were not sentient at this point, this is a strange occurrence. Many lament the fact they can't even ask the stones what happened to the stones.

Create a new species of giant insect called megatermes (singular: megaterme). Resembling but not identical to termites, these 3m long creatures have the singular purpose of survival and the expansion of the colony. While these workers will spend their whole lives foraging for food and expanding their colonies, the much larger Queens will spend their lives producing yet more workers. While large, these creatures have utterly no defense against predators besides attempting to hide. Queens of the species are only produced every 6 years. Once they have reached maturity, the new Queen will leave the colony with a quarter of the colony to begin a new colony. Colonies, even unrelated ones, do not fight each other. Create 10 Queens in the Grand March to begin with.

Designate the Grand March as a nature reserve. Rilem is to nurture the area with sufficient plant and animal life to sustain an ecosystem.

((I don't even remember why I made these))

2.4E:Create the Gentry caste of megaterme. Armoured in a tougher iridescent exoskeleton, Gentry are blessed with actual intelligence and are capable of controlling nearby workers. Gentry are concerned with the running of a colony although they are also capable of enjoying amusements. Most Gentry are honourble and rarely get into violent disputes, although they will defend their colony when needed.  Gentry prefer the worship of Patronius to Mavnon, but few would disregard the Mother entirely. Create 1000 of these.

Check up on the Rilemi Adventurer's Guild. If they are still around, offer them a place in the Lighthouse.
1E: scatter advertisements throughout the major Dwarven/Great Tribe cities on the Lighthouse's grand opening.
See if Rilem's apathy towards alcohol have lessened the effect of the new drug epidemic on them.
