All the game-wise explorable bits were exploded explored, far as I recall - the majority of the cave entrances were decoration, being only accessible to the aquatic.

Generally, things like chests are claimable after a map ends. Secrets are missed.

That said, feel free to look at the caves.

Btw, who wants this potion Iris got? It gives +1 STR. I'll give it first come first serve. I'm pretty sure I can't use it at all.

Ariston or Rosalia could use it. Damon, Alain, and Yilda all have 9 STR; the other two have 8.
