Move towards the grasslands so that I can check out the enemy threat.
Since I know its generally better to not order around purified I send 5 men with him to escort him, 2 of them being the anti-mech weapon carriers. Basically they are to make sure he's not seen, have them skirt through the mountains sneaking up to the trench on the edge. They are to move without giving themselves away, as for my men already there. When there is a good ambush point and their is a good number of them in range have them open fire, the Alchemists are to provide support distracting the enemy so my men can re-position as needed. I don't want anyone risking their lives yet, play it safe and harass these guys so they don't want to come back. We've done this a 100 times gentlemen lets make sure these fuckers know who we are HOORAH GENTLEMEN!!

For god sakes everyone else don't give away our position, they think they're walking into a ghost town got it?

Sorry ret-conning the previous order, have my 5 men bring the purifier to the edge of forest as stealthy as possible before the enemy can see them. Not only better cover but also they have flanking my men taking expert cover in forest edge, also as well the two with the anti mech weaponry are still going. The other 10 are to be lying in wait to ambush if the enemy pushes my 5 men on the forest edge back. 

All other communications are the same, my five waiting in the hidey holes are to hold their fire until they see most of the enemy force. They are however to prioritize commanders or other juicy looking targets like purifiers. The alchemists still providing support fire, to allow my men to relocate as necessary.

(Also is it possible to order reinforcements if things get crazy??)

***Turn 2: Sneaky Sneaky***

Tech.Sgt Dustan Hache prepares himself on the mountain-forest boarder. This is rather uneventful for the time being, allowing him to set up with no issues.

Alexandreus scouts the grassland, while keeping himself in check near the forest-grassland boarder. He doesn't see any troop movement at all, in any direction he looks. (Note: Crit fail :p) The escorting troops barley manage to keep him from exposing himself at a bad moment, more due to his own bad luck than anything else.

Yhaesimir Khraine makes his way up a tree, swiftly and skillfully. Observing the nearby forest, he can't see anything from his position. Given that, in addition with the fact nobody exploded yet, he believes it is safe to assume the forest is empty of enemy combatants for the time being.

The soldiers in the Grassland are reporting difficulties seeing the enemy forces as a whole. They catch just enough glimpses to know that there is something there, but aren't able to get a concrete number (let alone a concrete shot at high-valued targets!). It appears that the enemy is at least partially comprised of stealth-experts, who have little trouble sneaking through the field. Some form of ability or power may be assisting them.

Reinforcements: No, story wise you are too far for reinforcements (Travel in this world is much slower than the real world). Game wise, you will get reinforcements if a new player joins either side, or if someone is inactive to the point of making it lopsided. For example, if the other team stays active but Funk never posts here again, you would gain a new Purified with similar stats to him as reinforcements.

Tell the troops to stay on the ready in the forest if any approaches are made into the forest. They are to lead the enemy into my other 10 troops in the forest waiting in ambush, otherwise they are to support my plains troops in their actions. Which are to focus on the moat, the enemy will have to pass it and will be more visble when 5 have crossed they are to open fire. My forest troops are to join the engagement a minute later marking where various troops are and surpriseing them .

The Soldiers watch the moat carefully. They notice the enemy crossing in groups of two, waiting for three groups to cross before firing as ordered. Immediately, they light up the moat they had on overwatch, immediately killing the two swimming troops.

Everyone watching the forest notices something is wrong, some presence has entered the forest/grassland boarder. They seem to have some stealth capabilities, though their exact capabilities are unknown.

Stealth enemies? then perhaps the best course of action would be to listen, not look.
Remaining silent, he would listen carefully for any sort of footstep. if he can identify for certain that there is a enemy nearby, he will try to take a shot at where he heard them.
