Pyrrha stopped breathing and moving about three seconds later. I think that's a fairly good sign of being dead. And her being spread out across the Four Kingdoms as cinders sort of precludes any chance of any organic bodily resurrection, let alone using an artificial heart.

However, in theory, if they could figure out HOW, nothing stops them from just building a Penny-esque body and just getting a giant soul vacuum and shoving Pyrrha's soul into THAT instead.
