The door opened into a corridor with steps up in it, and beyond them a plus-shaped room.
Immediately ahead is a locked door, to the left a small pot full of strange liquid, and to the right is a chest - which lies beyond more quicksand.

Link steps up to the pot an inspects it. "Hm. Lantern oil..."
He dips the lantern at his waist into it, filling it up, and turns back to the others.

He shrugs.

"You mean it isn't the same time where you're from as where we are. It should be about night now... What time was it when you left?"

"And how long were you in the desert?"
