"Look. This useless fighting needs to stop. It is getting us nowhere. We've all been pulled from our respective worlds, for whatever purpose, and we're here together. While some of us might not get along with each other, we need to move past that. We're fighting for our own survival, now. Got that? You're just slimming everyone else's chances to get out of this alive. Sure, you might not want to see a couple of these faces get out alive, but that just increases your chances of falling down the road. We need to work together, and move past our petty differences and disagreements. Is that a lot to ask for?" Chryssa briefly pauses, before continuing. "I only truly know two people here. I don't know who knows who here... but think about this. Some people here have families or loved ones to get back to. Some have great lives to return to as well. One way or another, we all want to get back, right? Well, we collectively need to work as a team to get that done. That's all I ask for. Work together just to get through this mess. And if you can't work together, let's sit down, and have a civil discussion and get something worked out so we can move past any issues that arise in the group. How does that sound?"

what about a person with none of those? I have no family. No loved ones. No reason to go back.

"Rousing speech, really. Good job on that. But, as others have already said, not all people are prone to co-operation, and there are some among here you simply would not be able to deal with 'personally', as you said, myself included. Now, I'm all for cooperation, it's a core tenet of the Warriors of Sunlight, after all, but... how do you intend to deal with those who simply won't cooperate, and that you cannot deal with no matter what?"
Now, if only I had something worth going back to in Lordran...

Motya helpfully suggets, "It's obvious what you do with someone who doesn't cooperate! You liquify them into their individual components! Just like with an unruly Biobeast! Admittedly it might not be possible with the equipment on hand, but it is better than letting them waste resources and jeopardize everyone else!" Helpful is very subjective in this situation.
