Get a second opinion from Elf. BOXWOOD had a hidden Perk that negated all mental effects caused by eldritch phenomena.

Yes but all effects from that source. Compared to that, a 25% Resistence to a specific effect seems awfully low.

I changed Chartre's perk a while back to nullify things that specifically would prevent him from using his Semblance moves... like... Magic Lock or weird specific on the spot status effects, but not Stuns or general action locks, and never got feedback. Is this OK?
