No, you can't act at all while Stunned or stuff, unless you're one of the lucky ones like Mio and you have a skill to deal with stuns.

I think I see what happened:

Haruka's armor gives a bonus to Constitution, which it seems you used for the health total. I don't think anyone else has had a CON increasing equipment before, but I don't think that gear bonuses apply to things like initiative and health.

That is correct. HP and INIT can only be raised beyond the amount specified by raw stats by specific bonuses to them, rather than bonuses to that stat. For some reason.

Indeed it is. In HP's case, the bonus by gear is only added on after all levels of HP have been considered. So if it would add 6, then calculate Level HP first and then add the 6 on top.

For instance, assuming current HP is 80, and you level up with a gear giving +5 CON, assuming a CON stat of 5 and level 6.

So you add +11 HP, getting 91. Add the CON gear, get 96.

Well. That makes it difficult to go back and check if the HP is accurate, since we'd need to recalculate from level one and we don't know what her stats were at levels 1-5.
