Donchaka summons water, Simuna uses Ice magic to encase foe in Ice and make them count as Ice-Natured, Yamal punches them removing the Freeze but inflicting Stun, making them vulnerable to follow-up shots by Simuna and Donchaka snipers the next turn.

Yamal punches them, shattering their completely frozen bodies into a million bitty chunks.

And because allies that need it get ice platforms, Simuna gets bonuses for her free platform.

And Yamal gets to go boat form, whatever that does.

Not sure if they're allowed though, because it'd have to be absurdly powerful to justify the fact that it requires three specific characters and two turns for all of them to perform. Not to mention that everything on the first turn must succeed for the second turn's section to even be allowed. Plus it won't work on anything that resists Freeze/Stun.

she should get an evasion/maneuver/something bonus from being a fast boat, but eh
gotta make a perk or ability for that or what have you

unless you mean literally summoning the hull, which might be a thing too

Well, the Miracle floods the entire area with water to a great depth, so if they were in an open arena, Yamal's true form being let out is not that big of a stretch.

they can also only use it once per plot, so it is more balanced for wrecking the final boss when it is absolutely certain that this is the final boss of the plot. and it takes at least 3 Turns to use the miracle at 100%.

Alternatively, for something that doesn't get ruined by Stun/Freeze resistances:
The Donchaka terraform the battlefield into an arctic ocean, buffing Simuna and Yamal.
Simuna opens fire upon the target, covering Yamal who elbow drops the target, transforming into the actual icebreaker she's based off of in midair and crushing the foe.

Or you know, actually sniped rather than trying to shoot people at relatively close ranges.

close range is pretty much the only range when you can barely hide from your opponent and are also inside a bar
