Appearance: Simuna is a short, reasonably thin woman wearing what looks to be a very light blue padded wool coat, with strange, bright white runes apparently painted onto the vital areas, Padded white wool pants, and furred boots. Under this, she wears a white greatcoat and a military officer's hat. The small amount of her body not covered by the aforementioned clothing reveal her to have white, shoulder-length hair. On her back, she carries her trusty rifle, named "Lahja", when not in use, which for some reason has a bag of snow attached to the muzzle.
Personality: At first, Simuna is freezingly cold and calculated, befitting of her position as one of the deadliest snipers from her universe. However, as one gets to know her, she seems to warm up, becoming much more personable.

Perks:
Artic Sniping - Ice and frost are Simuna's domain - in it, she is without peer. So, naturally, she makes sure it follows her around. Grants the passive Artificial Cool.
Practiced Sniper - Simuna is very well trained when it comes to blowing peoples' heads off. +1 to Dex and Syn per level up.
Magical Infusion - Who needs regular bullets when you can have magical ones? Whenever Simuna uses her Dex for rolls, add Syn/2 to it. Makes her regular attacks icy.
Do Your Duty as Well as You Can - You're not allowed to die - you must fight for your country. Whenever Simuna attacks a single target, anything that may hinder her from successfully finishing her action that occurs on the turn she targets that target, like stuns, redirection, or death, only occurs just after Simuna takes action.

Description: A bag filled with mounds of snow. Putting these in one's mouth may mask one's breathing.
Name of Bauble: PKP-37
Effects: After a sufficient amount of magic is gathered in the hollow end of the device, it continuously releases it around the area, practically making the entire enviroment freeze up.
Description: Carried in two separate parts when being transported and usually assembled on the field, the Köppen Weather Instrument takes the form of a handle attached to a specially designed hollow sphere, mounted onto a tripod. The user simply infuses their magic into the handle, which is carried into the sphere before being released, magically charging the environment.
Actions:
Aim To Kill III: Simuna aims at a target's vitals. When used, Simuna gains 20% dodge chance against that target only for this turn. If Simuna attacks that target the turn after this one, her attack pierces through 50% of the target's defense, is 35% more powerful, and has an extra 35% chance of dealing a critical hit. If anyone other than her target successfully attacks her the turn this action is used, she is stunned for the next turn.
Eagle Eye III: Simuna makes sure her shot will hit. When used, her next attack will hit regardless of dodge chance and have a 15% chance of dealing a critical hit.
Icicle Charge III: Simuna infuses her bullets with so much ice magic they freeze over. This adds an extra (Syn/2) damage to her next attack and forces the target to be four spots lower on the initiative ladder.
Artificial Cool III (Passive): Simuna makes sure the surrounding enviroment is completely optimal. Her effective Dex, Res and Syn are multiplied by 1.5 their base value. She also gains a 25% chance of stealthily avoiding damage. To compensate, she must spend every third turn recharging her PKP-37, and thus cannot take actions that turn.
Systematic Assassination III (Passive): Simuna's gone through the motions enough times to be a master three times over. If every single one of Simuna's Actions other than this one are in effect, her next attack will deal an additional (Dex/2)d(Syn/2) damage, have an extra 15% chance of dealing a critical hit, and will additionally pierce through another 25% of the target's defense.
