Yeah, I'm not surprised to hear that in the slightest. The behavior of BS13's medical staff has reached memetic status after all. Having them neglect patients in the name of sexytimes sounds like something that could have happened.

I kinda want to get back into SS13 now, but I'm pretty sure that I don't have the time... As fun as the game is, spending 3+ hours in a round is kind of an extreme timesink. Unless you're ERPing, in which case that's entirely understandable. :V

Well, I'm in full brainstorm mode for my paramedic so that's what I'm going with. He or she will be unlike Sandra in that he or she will be almost totally useless for combat (I might give ONE debuff) and will focus more on being very good at the hearings :V
Also crafty stuff.

He or she also won't be "from" a server like Bay where things are strict and ants are forgotten about: the paramedic will still be a complex character and not lolgrifflord, but will have been through and remember all the madness. Traitors lightsabering people? Seen it. Wizards blasting fireballs? Seen it. Blood cult? Seen it. Robots turning evil? Not only has seen it, but one of the paramedic's items will be a portable medicine dispenser taken from a rogue android during an AI incident ("round").

This will combine to make the paramedic a very well-meaning but quite twitchy/paranoid person.
