Instead of 1.5 * SYN, use 2.5 * SYN
Kinetic Shell now has RES equivalent to the caster's SYN.

Perks:
Battle Hardened: Small bonus on dexterity rolls while attacking.
Regenerative Implants: Gives a small amount of health back to him each turn, allowing him to last longer in battle.
NanoHealer: Chance to Crit on healing rolls, doubling the amount regenerated for his target. Failed healing rolls give 60-70% of the normal healing.
Supportive: Increases healing on allies that he healed last turn by 1.5x his INT.

Actions:
For the Republic, Rank 3: Upon activating, sets ENG into a martial trance, allowing for a second attack action which can be passed to another character by healing them. Ranged Attacks done while active inflict Suppression, lowering target DEX next turn. Melee attacks Grant parrying, Reducing incoming melee damage by 2x the amount dealt from the attack(s) before enemy RES, but removing that damage from his attack(s). Blocks all escape rolls for ENG during it's active time, and applies a stacking -7 to escape rolls for 2 turns after trance ends, resetting if used again. Lasts 4 turns, 1 turn cooldown after trance ends.

Aim, Rank 3: Ensures that the next ranged attack does not miss. Roll a 1d6 to determine a damage multiplier for the attack, up to 3x upon rolling 6. Counts as an attacking action.

Changes to actions bolded. all stat points went into health.
