it has armor piercing and is chargable for 1.5 dmg though. I feel like the high explosive in the name conflicts with the armor piercing effect still. My rationality hates it so much.

I assumed it was an acid energy effect, it is still phazon, so the radiation from the explosion naturally causes some unavoidable damage.

I just want to revert or enhance it so it is stronger, but more dangerous, like I assume it was previously, since I have the Phazon resistance statue.

I need to Find Phazy the phazon jelly.

Wouldn't a critical failure damage or destroy the object you're trying to enchant or something though? Or is it just a failure regardless of what the score, with bonuses, is?

Wait, what's to stop everyone from throwing Alanis all their INT-boosting loot and having her enchant everything?

I mean, it's logical to have the person enchant everything if they're able to without any risk of negative effects. And I don't think everyone's opinion of her is that poor, in-character at least.
