Name: Penelope Alexander
Age: 22
Race: Human
Gender/Sex: Cis/Female
Description: Normal Form:
Penelope is a fairly tall woman, standing at about six foot. Her long, red hair is usually kept in a ponytail reaching down her back, rarely ever seen unbound. Her head is normally crowned by a black beret, and her emerald eyes are normally framed with a pair of thin-rimmed glasses. Her normal attire consists of a long, dark brown trenchcoat with dark jeans and dark leather boots, and a plain white blouse underneath. She is never without a notepad and a voice recorder for when she can get a rare interview with a superhero.
Rider Aeon Form: Her helmet covers her whole head, and is silver in colour. Her eyes are hidden by a green visor through which they can see, and the lower half of the helmet is covered by a silver plate. Two silver triangles are at the top of the helmet, resembling stylized 'ears'. Her neck is protected by a long red scarf, trailing behind her back like a cape, and can detach when necessary to keep opponents from getting a hold of her in combat. A light, armoured silver vest reaches down their torso, covering the tough yet flexible dark blue material underneath, with a stylized wheel engraved onto each side of the vest in halves. Her gauntlets and greaves are similarly made of silver metal, with metal plates covering her hips and thighs. Along her waist, she wears an argent belt with a small card carrier device with a stylized cyclone embossed on it in the centre. On her back, a single metal holster carries Aeon’s Lancer Visor, resembling the holsters the heroes of old cowboy movies wore. Her greaves seem to have horse-spurs on the heels, too.
Quicksilver: It appears to be a normal motorcycle, with the wheels protected by silver plates and the argent-colored body resembling a rushing mare. The motorcycle, however, has been destroyed many times and always is available to Aeon/Penelope to use by the next fight; it is unknown how. There also seems to be a special key slot and a strange screen in the middle acting as both the gauge for the bike's fuel and the interface through which Aeon/Penelope interacts with mounted on the handlebars.
Perks:Well-Toned Body: Penelope possesses immunity to poison and radiation. She also takes 25% less damage from falls or burning.
Determination of the Rider: Their inability to give up in battle is part of their identity. 200% bonus to resisting mental effects.
Excellent Constitution: Their body is more resilient than the average human's. 25% resistance to small arms fire, electricity and magnetism-based attacks.
Armored Rider: Penelope possesses the Rider Aeon Suit, allowing her to transform into the Armored Rider Aeon. Grants her the Unique Skill
Henshin!, allowing her to transform into Aeon Form; while in Aeon Form, she gets the Unique Skill
Summon Quicksilver instead of
Henshin!.
