"I'm a better talker than I am a fighter... and I'm a better lover than I am a talker," the box says, winking lecherously at the voice.

But because he was in a box, Sokratei didn't see that at all.

Elise shakes her head while smiling a little. "Really, I'm not sure a box is the best disguise here. If we were infiltrating a warehouse sure, but in the forest a box is way too noticeable."

This fort really does sit on the event horizon of madness and catastrophe
No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

"We're in a town, right now! A box is a fine disguise! When we get to a forest, I'll switch to a bush."

"It worked fine on me!" Said the person with the cataclysmically low WIS score.

Tam let out a soft growl that reverbated in the chests of those in her immediate vicinity.

Sokratei would recognise that as a amused annoyance, judging by the movement of her ears and tail.

Still, when Sokratei moved on, so did the tiger, slinking low and quietly - a tiger is an ambush predator, after all.

The tiger gave a cursory sniff around the box, remembering the scent for later, before moving in.

"What. The. Hell. Was. That."

"She's my Tiger friend. I wouldn't call her a maneater-she's really not that picky about what she eats...I'll be sure to tell her there's a crunchy person inside the box, next time she needs a snack..."

A tiger is a large mammal native to the more tropical regions to the south, although some have been seen as far north as the western mountain ranges of the dwarves. It resembles a cat, but much larger and more dangerous.
insert obligatory pun about cats killing peasants
Tradok moves deeper and lifts any rubble out of the way to find whatever is in pain.
You enter the house. After looking into several rooms, you enter a back room and find a muscular man clad in strange, white, leathery armor, lying face down under several wooden beams.

"Arrgh!" Tradok grunted as he attempted to lift the beams with raw strength.

Continuing to follow the men, the box mutters "Normally, crazy cat ladies have more cats. And they're smaller. What it's name? Sir Fluffington the seventh?"

--Meanwhile--

Kira blinks at the ceiling. Or rather, the lack thereof. What happened...? She thinks, sitting up.

She tries to remember what happened last night, and looks around the room.
Last night, you heard screaming, saw fire, and in the midst of the panic you found yourself unconscious. What could have happened last night?

"Arrgh!" Tradok grunted as he attempted to lift the beams with raw strength.
You lift them off with sheer might while causing minimal harm to the man.

Getting to her feet, Kira exits the room and tries to see if there's anyone around.
