Well, that was a waste of the Saladin, as our FedCom
idiot liason blows it up. EuchreJack destroys the Scorpion with a turret-popping crit, and Marie-Francoise and Arnaud kick the Skulker into immobility.
With that, we secure a victory and the battlefield.
We claim the two Skulkers as salvage and immediately sell them back for the C-Bills. We confirmed two dead and three captured DCMS personnel. Between selling the Skulkers and capturing prisoners, we earned a bonus of roughly 210,000 C-Bills from that mission.
In addition, one of the vehicle gunners, Hakeema Afeef was willing to defect to our unit. We take her on, as we’ve been needing more vehicle personnel.
Winning pulls our score up to -4. (As an aside, I think we got dinged for each civilian destroyed, which is incorrect. Our true score should be -2 based on -3 for two losses and one attached unit destroyed, and +1 for our victory).
