Hello, everybody! This is my first attempt at trying to run a RTD, so let's see how this goes!  This will be minimalist, just like the first one.


After a long, arduous journey, you have finally made it to the inner sanctum of the Witch King. He lounges about in his throne, barely paying any attention to you at all.

What do you do?

[Yoink]

COME IN

FART AT BOSS 

GO OUT

Seduce him.

Lob a grenade at him

Throw someone else at him.

FART AT BOSS 

GO OUT

[1] You fall flat on your face as you enter the chamber, busting your nose on the stone floor.

Seduce him.

[2] The Witch King looks vaguely creeped out by your advances, and [5] slices off your arm.

Lob a grenade at him

[4] You throw a grenade at him, and it explodes a few feet away. He stumbles from the force of the blast, blood leaking from a few of the weak points in his armor.

Throw someone else at him.

[5] You throw Yoink at the Witch King, hitting him squarely in the chest with the person you saw bleeding on the ground. Congratulations. You made the boss stumble, as well as breaking the other person's nose again. I hope you feel good about yourself.

BECOME THE ULTIMATE SUPER SCYTHER, STRONGER THAN ANY GM!

[1] You explode from the incredible power flowing through your veins. Gore coats the entire room and everybody in it.
(I actually rolled for this. The dice don't lie.)

Boss Turn

The Witch King [3] swings his sword lazily at Yoink, giving him a small slash across his stomach. "How did a bunch of inept fools such as yourselves defeat my champions and reach my sanctum?"

Become bonus boss. Prepare OHKO combo with ridiculously specific counter-strategy.

Charge into the room and begin a wrestling match by clothes lining this little Bitch King!

[6] You appear as the bonus boss, The Eternal One, and begin charging up your ultimate attack. Even the Witch King is impressed by your appearance. "Ah. How nice of you to show up, Master. I do hope you show these fools the meaning of pain."

[2] You fail again. Hey, at least you don't explode this time. That's something, right?

IT RETURNS

Charge into the room and begin a wrestling match by clothes lining this little Bitch King!

You charge into the room and [4] manage to hit the heavily armored Witch King with your arm. Thankfully, nothing breaks. Unfortunately, you now have a heavily armored man glaring at you menacingly. "That was unwise."

GO OUT!

DAMNIT, I SAID GO OUT! FLEE!

[4] You make it halfway to the exit, blood flowing from your nose and a shallow cut across your stomach.

Rejecting my advances, eh? Well, fine- stoops to grab arm- I can reciprocate.

Collect my severed arm, and use it to slap the boss across the face. Chastise him.

[1] You somehow manage to dislocate your working arm attempting to slap the Witch King in the face.

ARRIVE LATE

CLASS: BARD

SHOOT MAGIC BEAMS OUT OF INSTRUMENT AT BOSS

[4] You shoot a few laser beams at the Witch King, and he reels slightly from the force of your attack.

Boss Turn

The Witch King glares at Xantalos and [4] slashes him with his sword, cutting the wrestler deeply across his right leg. "You were foolish to come here, mortals. These lands are mine, and mine alone!"
