I agree.  We can't count on grabbing them later, so the best time is now. 

Regarding the Javelin and Ring, I kinda want to hear what the others think before we finish this turn.  I agree that the Javelin should go to the most maneuverable, which means either Liz or Nico, but I don't want to go full "conflict of interest" on the matter.

I don't think Alice can open the chests, unless she got a lockpick and I didn't notice.

Also I think Liz should get the first javelin. Niccola will probably be fine using her slim lance for now, especially since she gets a +2 to damage for Piercing weapons.

My relation with the dice is complicated: he loves me in battle, but is kinda distant at all other times. Maybe Niccola is a bit spread out too much.

Niccola promotes to Social Knight Not that there's any other viable option now
+5% progression to Skill, for the Preferred Stat choose Skill.
