But Maths is all going to be one thing, although with sets by ability. You won't really need to worry about that.

Foreign Language (2+ years) (Either Spanish, French, or German)
Phys. Ed. (Means Sport)

Elective:

Music (which might meet outside of the school day)
Programming
Additional Science (that isn't biology/chemistry/physics)

And then people subdivide a bit as needed.

"Health" (Which would be GCSE Phys Ed?) courses are generally conflated with P.E.

Dropping this again, I'm not sure it was very noticeable.

Depends on which part. The GCSE course, which is likely equivalent to what America uses, is a web design, computer science and programming course rolled into one.
