Round 60: The Sunset Invasion Ends
Location: Denmark, Wisconsin
Weather Conditions: Sunny
Time: Dusk

After viewing the inside of this new portal, Execute prepares to make his next big journey like he did a long time ago, (like forty turns or something) when he ventured into the Aztec lands merely a prince, and came out a God. Using some nearby writing material, he signs a plaque and places it right in front of the portal, "I'll be back, be ready". He then turns to one of his soldiers and asks him to deliver a message when they enter the portal, they are invited to journey to this new land where great adventure awaits. He also sends for more Aztec medicine men to head back home and gather more medical supplies, especially what happened during the last attempt of a medical procedure on himself. 12 Eagle Soldiers are ordered to be stationed at the front of the portal to Denmark, to ensure that no unwelcomed guests come through.
When this is all done for, Execute gathers himself, Yuri, and 12 Jaguar Warriors to enter the newest portal. They step into a jungle land with soft, rich soil, trees and flora that reach up into the sky and a humid heat that far exceeds even the even the Aztecs homeland, even the Jaguars quickly comment how hot it is. In this jungle they stand next to a large river, with a steamboat headed their way. Yuri explains to the Aztecs how those giant boats are powered by steam, a power source created by applying heat to water. The Aztecs are either intrigued or skeptical of this claim that somehow fire and water can be combined to power boats. As the boat gets closer, Execute waves it down and steps forward to speak to its crew. [Diplomacy: 7+2] The boat stops next to Execute's group as a group of sailors wearing early 20th century uniforms look down onto them. A portly but muscular man with a grand mustache that would only be possible in this era walks to the side of the ship, his uniform more decorated than any other sailor. (By this time, Execute can tell they are not just sailors but naval soldiers some are carrying rifles.) He identifies himself as Captain C. Sarver of the U.S.S. Swank and asks Execute to identify himself. Execute calls himself, "Amihiyotzinuatmotlapal", Leader of the Aztec people, and asks Sarver how the war is going. "Well, the Spaniards are tough bastards, I'll give them that, but we're pounding them with everything that they have and their crummy ships can't compete with our navy. Those Aztecs that you have with you, are they Filipinos? Why are you dressed like them, and why do you have wings taped to your backside?" Captain Sarver is interrogative, but his tone is cordial and respectful. Execute can tell that he is curious why two white men, neither Spanish nor American, are running around with a group of natives deep in the jungle in the middle of a war.

Fallacy thinks for a moment before replying to the Shaman's question. "Tribe? Kingdom? Hmmm. Nation." She then briefly explains the American system of Democracy where people vote on representatives to positions who then make decisions for them. The Shaman gets it pretty quickly, "I know of Shaman tribes where instead of a single leader selected by blood or merit there is a council where each member is voted in, it sounds like that." After the political science lesson, Fallacy asks "Looks like my master Execute is in trouble. Would you care to accompany me?" The Shaman nods, "It would be good to have a guide through this new land, and if you're master is in trouble we should help him before something bad happens, let's go!" The Shaman follows Fallacy to the portal where Execute was last seen entering. Before they step inside, the Shaman leaps off of the War Elephant and pats it on the side, "Stay here and I'll be back in a short time, okay?" The Elephant sadly trumpets as the two of them step past some Aztecs and their prisoner, and enter into the mansion. The Shaman looks around in wonder while Fallacy is greeted by some Eagle Warriors who are prepared to strike at the mysterious Shaman until Fallacy declares that this new arrival is a friend. The Eagles put down their weapons, still suspicious of the Shaman, and tell Fallacy that Execute has entered a new portal in the art room, which they point to. They say that he has invited her to join him in a new adventure in a far away land.

The Ensorceler positively responds when Dolosus accepts his offer of an alliance, "It's a deal. The plane is over in that direction, I'll help you get in in a minute." The Ensorceler jogs over to the SUV and opens the door where the driver is still breathing, but unconscious. [Looting: 5] Quickly searching the driver's body, the Ensorceler comes up with a Cell Phone but nothing else of value. (+Cell Phone) He stows the phone away in the breastpocket of his uniform and then goes back to recover Dolosus's camera, stuffing it under one arm and helping the Samurai up with his other arm, helping him to the plane and into the passenger seat. The Ensorceler throws the camera in the back and hands Dolosus the phone. The Ensorceler gets in the pilot's seat and begins to take off, allowing Dolosus one last look at his horse pathetically whimpering in the middle of the road. After achieving liftoff, Dolosus calls Dice, the national pizza chain, and gives the complete order for Richard Brooks to be delivered to his house in Manitowoc; Dice says that the pizza should get there shortly. Dolosus hands The Ensorceler the correct amount of money to pay for the entire order. ($60 Transferred)
In the meantime, The Ensorceler flies towards Manitowoc and radios in the Manitowoc County Airport, identifying his aircraft and that he is prepared to land with an injured passenger, the airport responds that they will call an ambulance. As the Ensorceler approaches the small airport, it looks like there will be no difficulty in landing on the main runway. He can see the flashing lights of an ambulance coming from the airport already as well.
Pizza will reach Richard Brooks's house in 3 Turns.

High Tyrol writes her name in for the Poetry Slam at the Green Bay Art Festival. While waiting, she goes to talk to anyone nearby. [Charisma: 6] She makes some small talk with a table of painters in the area before it is her turn to go on stage. When she is called, Tyrol walks onto stage in front of a few hundred people, a much bigger crowd than last time around, its even a little nerve-wracking! [Poetry: 7+2+1(High-quality Poem)] Tyrol speaks her tale of Conquistadors on the Moon, the tragic tale of how Conquistadors conquer our Moon and kill all of aliens on it, only to realize in the end that after killing all of the Moon People, there is nothing to be gained from the Moon. When she finishes, she receives a standing ovation from the crowd. She sits down and listens to more poetry ranging from awful to mediocre to decent, and isn't too surprised when she gets awarded first place. (+Poetry Slam 1st Place Certificate, +$100 Debit Gift Card, +$50 Gift Card to Sheds & Aristocrats)

Elephant Parade gawks at the demands of Jessie Farrel who demands a vast majority of the revenue from the release of his song. As he walks away unhappily Jessie calls out to him mockingly, "Good luck getting any radio station to play that stuff!" Elephant hangs his head low and furrows his brow angrily as he goes back to his horse, what a jerk! Offer her the chance to become the next teen pop idol and she wants to take all of his work, give a person an inch and they want a whole yard.
Just before he reaches his horse, a bright flash of white light temporarily blinds Elephant and causes his horse to let out a surprised cry. When Elephant regains his sight, he sees that in front of him is an old man dressed like an eagle, carrying an eerie staff headed by a skull of a creature that Elephant can not identify. "My name is Thousand Bones, the Waykeeper of the Storval Plateau. I was summoned here by one of your people, I do not know which one but I can feel that in this world there are only a few who have great spiritual energy and you are among them. So answer me these questions: Who are you? Where am I? And who summoned? Beware lad, I am an old Cleric so I will know the instant you lie to me."

NAV hovers towards Manitowoc, taking a break after a long flight, (even sentient fireballs need to rest) when he spots a plane taking off from below and heading towards the city as well. NAV, knowing that a random military aircraft like that must be headed to Manitowoc carrying Wiki Warriors who possibly want to beat him to his Quest, tails the plane. Flying after it, NAV sees that The Ensorceler is beginning his descent to land in the Manitowoc County Airport, an ambulance blaring beneath them. Unwilling to let The Ensorceler beat him to the goal, NAV zips straight for the plane, aiming to cause its pilot some severe landing issues. [Flying: 7 vs. 5+1] The Ensorceler sees a fireball aimed straight for him and angles the plane to land as fast as possible without crashing and lands on the runway. yet it still manages to hit the side of the plane! The Ensorceler braces for the giant explosion that is bound to happen next, but the fireball does not explode, instead it somehow slips inside of the plane's door and attaches to him in the cockpit! [5 vs. 9] The Soucouyant attaches itself to The Ensorceler's hand, but before it can begin to suck its blood the pilot pulls the fireball off of him, finding it to not be made of pure fire but instead a warm and light-weight energy. He takes NAV, opens up a window and chucks the Soucouyant into the air, watching it fly away like a Frisbee. Meanwhile, the Ambulance pulls up next to the slowing plane and emergency responders with a stretcher burst out of its back door.

Wipeout hears the menacing growls around her and tries to find where they are coming from. [Perception: 6] She can tell that most of the growls are coming from some of the nearby tents, so she breaks into a run again to get as far away as possible from the tents inhabited by vicious dogs. [Agility: 10] Wipeout continues running until she is away from Denmark and standing on the edge of the highway for Route 43. While before the roads were closed due to refugee movement and surprise militia attacks, standard busy transportation has resumed. There are no immediate threats in her area now.

Twinwolf enters the portal with spears and bows aimed for his back. He is greeted by a squad of fierce looking Aztecs covered in exotic weaponry and war paint, when his escort team states tells their comrades that he is the latest addition to their forces, captured and converted by Execute. They say Twin needs immediate medical service and since the professional Aztec doctors are out for a moment, other normal Aztec soldiers substitute for them. [Medicine: 4] They attempt to bandage up Twin's bleeding leg wound, but the bandages are not strong enough to hold back the flow of blood. [Stamina: 7] Twin is feeling somewhat unsteady from continuing to lose all this blood and likely can't last too much longer without something changing. An Aztec informs Twin that Execute has welcomed him to join him in a new adventure in the new green portal located deeper within the mansion.

Ukrainian responds to all of Hayder's inqueries, "Lets say that I have some snails in my bloodline. As for the thing in my hands, it is a ranged weapon. Follow me, time to find a worthy enemy for us. Loot from their corpses will be your first payment." Hayder follows the snail as it leaves the bank, hoisting his large sword on his back and sneering, "Eh, if I wanted to just get loot from corpses I could just do that me self and plunder a few of 'em ships. You'll have to give me something better than that if you want this to be a mutual relationship, snail-person." Ukrainian leads Hayder out onto the street and up the hill, Hayder looking around at Denmark but not openly commenting about it. There are no Wiki-Warriors in front of the Pathfinder portal and Hayder is wary, "What is this thing here? Part of my payment?" Nothing comes from the Pathfinder portal this turn.

Meanwhile, the Pathfinder Portal spawns an Ogre, a large, fiend-like horned humanoid. The Ogre looks around the empty bank before bashes its fists into the ground, creating a small crater, and then running outside to find prey.

The portal to the Mansion is closed by Execute, and the bright purple glow in the center of Denmark is removed from the sky, this marks the end of the Sunset Invasion. There were a total of 116 Aztec casualties.

((Well, this'll be fun, I'll be back in...
Ohhh, let's say 40 turns or so, I like nice round numbers.))
The god looks surprised at the question, he's been using his wings so much lately that he nearly forgot they were there, frowning momentarily, he looks back at the captain.
"Honestly? These are real wings.
Yes, I know how insane it sounds, but look! I can move them as if they're another arm, it's...
It's very odd, to say the least, b-but that doesn't matter right now, I'd like to help, I understand you're doing well, but a few more pairs of hands can't hurt, right? Just tell me where I can go, and I can take out whatever you need taken out, these wings aren't for show, I'll help you, and I'll be gone, if you don't trust me, well, I can show you where I came from."
SHOW OFF MY WINGS AND DIPLOMATISE! There's no way shaking this guy's entire concept of reality can fail, right??

"Looks like Execute's well enough to go on another adventure- last I saw he was occupied with an enemy aircraft."

If the shaman asks, explain the concept of an aircraft.

"Would you care to accompany me as I adventure with him?"

If Fallacy gets a yes answer, she heads through Execute's new portal, the shaman in tow. If no, then she shows the shaman to the place where the portal to Denmark(or wherever the main game is) was, and promptly gets shocked that it's gone.
