Incorrect, the hypothetical situation in which Ray has to beat up someone is, in fact, hypothetical and not a reflection of Ray's character, feelings, or actual physical combat abilities

An engineer with mechanic tendencies, and a mechanic with engineer tendencies.

Hell, even pairing the Daedalus and the Freya works out, considering that solves Freya's lack of damage and Daedalus' lack of manoeuvrability.
