Guys, the start tile is Tile 1, so for instance if you move 6 spaces forward, you'll be in Tile 7, not Tile 6. I guess it's kind of a terrible board design on my part, so sorry.

Turn 2: I Died Of Heart-attack


Move

  • HugoLuman sped ahead while everyone wasn't looking to Tile 7.
  • Tomasque tried to catch up with HugoLuman, but he got winded by the time he reached Tile 4.
  • hector13 fared better than Tomasque and got to Tile 6.
  • scapheap was already at Tile 7 all along somehow! He smiled mysteriously at HugoLuman.
  • TopHat finished dressing up and strolled to Tile 5, waving at the panting Tomasque as he passed them.
  • xelada catched up with Tomasque at Tile 4.

Claim

  • hector13 guffawed evilly as he set up the Lap Counter Reducer Array on Tile 6. Will he be hoist by his own petard later? We shall see.
  • HugoLuman built the Tophattitron on Tile 7. It remains to be seen if he will be sued by TopHat or not.
  • scapheap yawned at the others' fancy-shmancy tile effects and told HugoLuman to take the Tophattitron somewhere so that he can install a springboard on Tile 7.

    HugoLuman grumbled and obliged.
  • Tomasque set Tile 4 on fire just because he could.
  • TopHat emptied his sack of spare forward-forward-backward dice on Tile 5.
  • xelada disapproved Tomasque's casual arsony and tried to put the fire out so that they can install a bear trap instead.

    But Tomasque just lit Tile 4 back on fire when they weren't looking.

I move to tile 9 and give it the following effect:
Overload:

This tile comes into effect last. Any tile that has a player on it (excluding any overload tile) immidiatly activates its effect and then is considered depleted. For every tile so depleted, the player(s) on this tile move forward one space.

Forward

tile 10: Need a hug: move to the closest other player. This move you by the shortest disance so if this put you at tile 48, you don't get a lap for crossing tile 1.

You also hug the other player. They may feel warm and fuzzy.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

You gain a one use copy of all spaces depleted while you are on this space.
These one use copies may be used on yourself or on the tile you are on (adding their effect for the whole of the next turn), you may use it just before or just after moving but not while moving, or can be saved for later turns.

Actually you guys should stop mentioning what tiles you think you're going to, because it's giving me a headache. Also, I have decided that tile effects can't affect lap counters anymore, but Tile 6 will continue to work until it wears out or is nuked.

Tile effects /do not/ take place the turn they are claimed. Friendly reminder that jumping in place will activate the effect of the tile you're on.

Turn 3 - The Tampening


Move
  • HugoLuman grumbled and packed up his gear, cruising to Tile 8.
  • Tomasque finally caught up with HugoLuman and went past him to Tile 9.
  • xelada tried to set themselves on fire and reach Tile 8, but they only got to Tile 6. Also not on fire.
  • hector13 hopped to Tile 7.
  • scapheap scoffed at the other slowpokes and dashed to Tile 10.
  • TopHat caught up with hector13 at Tile 7.

Effect
  • xelada's lap counter beeped when they landed on Tile 6. Fortunately, lap counters cannot go below 0 due to the Geneva Convention. (11 charges left)
  • hector13 and TopHat upon landing on Tile 7 bounced forward to Tile 10, catching up with scapheap. (10 charges left)

Claim
  • HugoLuman redeployed the Tophattitron on Tile 8.
  • Tomasque overloaded Tile 9, yikes!
  • hector13 attempted to one-up scapheap by putting down a huge trampoline on Tile 10.
    scapheap attempted to put spooky hug voodoo on the tile.
    TopHat tried to install a recharging station.
