Mashed potatoes all the way, with generous amount of milk, butter and nutmeg. Or add some carrots and other veggies to your mashed potatoes for stoemp.

Although Stoemp mostly wins my vote due to the easiness of the recips, if ye are going for "best potato product", I will probably have to choose some of my stepmoms Czech recipes.

The only way to win a potato cook-off is not to play. Or more specifically, by ditching the spuds and getting yourself a sweet potato instead.

They're healthier, more versatile (how many potato desserts do you know?), and the family of plants they hail from are mostly poisonous!

Kind of, except not really. The closest it got on Wikipedia page was Klöße, made from mashed potatoes. Never tried that one though, so I can't say.
