Speaking of, there was a 'legalization protest' in my city a few days ago, although in reality it was mainly just thousands of people blazing it in a park simultaneously... that was a weird experience. I ate way too many choc-mint slice biscuits and pringles. :-\

That sounds...  Interesting, yeah.  I haven't done it in years, but I feel like it ought to be legal.

Good on you Helgo. I hear you pay a pretty penny for dirt weed in Germany anyway, and if the guy actually has something worth smoking you'll run into real money.

Actual happy, I finally got DOSBox to recognize SimAnt and I've been playing it for the last few hours. First video game I ever played, and the nostalgia is strong.
Hell yeah, great game!  Nice combination of base management and being able to do things yourself.  Like dropping rocks on all the enemy entrances.
I still have my Sim Earth Bible (strategy guide), I need to make a working Sim Earth+Sim Ant+DosBOX bundle for my little cousins to play with.  Maybe even Sim Tower if it works, though I think it's windows-only and had a clockspeed issue.  Also the mechanics are a little obtuse...  Sim Earth has fairly decent in-game explanations and tutorial modes.

Just watched Avatar the Last Airbender episode Sokka's Master and laughed through the whole thing.  That episode is hysterical on multiple levels.

It's one of my favorites in Book 3. Sokka finally quits getting marginalized quite so much, he gets an awesome sword and a healthy dose of self-confidence, and we get an amazing all-Sokka action sequence!

Fun fact: Pian-Dao was modeled after one of the fight choreographers for the show.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Today has been a good day so far. Woke up weirdly early with a bit of a headache (not a hangover) and have spent at least an hour reading, seated on a comfy chair with a decent amount of sunlight coming through a window. Annoying housemate is apparently still asleep, I have no pressing engagements to take care of, it's a nice warm day and I'm wearing a cool new shirt.

Hopefully the day continues to be good. Maybe tomorrow will, too.

I'm happier with the idea of decriminalized. Just because I'd hate to see what the marketing machines would do with it if it was a full on commercial product.

It is a beautiful day and I have good beer!
I will probably go for a walk later. Seems Summer is finally here. :D
'Tis only 25 degrees for now, but the season is young. Hopefully it warms up over the next few days.

Hopefully it doesn't, it's hot enough here already,  but I tell you what, you can have all of my hot weather.  I won't complain

I was going to post a Happy involving beer, but then I realised the last Happy I posted also involved beer.
Still! The rain has fucked off! The sun is fighting to emerge from the clouds! It seems to be succeeding! Woot!

Now I can go catch a bus without getting rained on. Hopefully. :D

That's great!  I love rain, but it sucks when it ruins a fun night.  Particularly Halloween-related!
