Oh, my apologies, I haven't been completely clear. Discovering techs would be inventing things, such as irrigation or guns, not finding stuff in the ruins.

Servitor drones: construct machines (construct some servitor and guard drones).  Guard drones: scout south, bring back scrap.

Speaking of lowest intelligence, that reminds me of the fact that it's probably your first time in prison. Don't worry, I can give you some tips, having spent some time in a few myself. The best way to make friends here is to drop the soap during shower time. Try it, I'm sure you'll love making friends like that!

Proposed short-term goals:
1.  Increase guard drones numbers to around 300-500
2.  Increase servitor drone numbers to around 100 (creation of military proto-infastructure)
3.  Research military technology (weapons, armor)

With these achieved,
4.  Establish a reasonable level of security around the immediate area

Ah. I was hoping to get some Scout Drones, you see. That makes it far easier.

I would disagree on those goals, Nunzillor. I believe that getting an understanding and basic mapping of our surroundings is far more important than merely increasing the number of military units. Around twenty or so Servitor Drones and a hundred Guard Drones, along with perhaps fifteen to twenty Scout Drones, would be a good place to start, I think.

I'll very much be an advocate of creating new drone types to accomodate various tasks; versatility is good, of course, but specialization is better than brute force of numbers, I feel.

Contact with other species should be postponed until we are have a better level of security and industry, I think.

So what shall be our plan when we run into other races? Extermination or assimilation? I like the idea of assimilating them just so we can see some Robold armies. (kobold/robot)

After sending 10 of your guards south to scout the area, they suddenly hear a sobbing noise. The sound is identified as the sound of a weeping female creature of flesh and blood.

What will you do? (Will not consume a turn action)
A: Try to locate the source of the sound
B: Continue scouting
