This makes sense from a logical roleplaying perspective.
I'd rather have all guards go after the hag and then kill plague demons 1 to 3 in order. Basically I want to decrease their damage potential as quick as we can.
But this makes sense in terms of numbers.
I'm conflicted... I'll go with Hawk132's plan this turn.

Actually, I'd say that it also makes sense from the roleplaying perspective. We're machines, after all. Being efficient is what we do.

[ENCOUNTER]
Turn Order: Guard 1-5>Lesser Demons>Hag
Damage rolls:
Guard 1: 8
Guard 2: 2
Guard 3: 1
Guard 4: 3
Guard 5: 8
Lesser Plague Demon 1: 2
Lesser Plague Demon 2: 4
Lesser Plague Demon 3: 4
Hag: -

The Guards all immediately launch themselves at the hag in the corner of the room, crushing her in the process.
Lesser Plague Demon 1 and 2 bite Guard 3, dealing 6 damage!
Lesser Plague Demon 3 scratches Guard 1, dealing 4 damage!
The Hag's magic appeared to keep the elf's chain in place, but now that she's died, the chain is slowly going down. It won't take long until she's hit the gruesome ooze in the pot. (You can send 1 guard to save/untie the elf before she hits the ooze. This unit will not be able to attack that turn. The save DC is 5 on 1d20)

1 Guard saves the elf. The rest attack PD2. Once PD2 is dead and some Guards can still attack - they attack PD3.

Saving the elf is our highest priority. If we screw up, we may lose the only easy-to-acquire diplomatic ally we will ever encounter. Therefore, we must to what we can to save her and carry her to safety, and only then dispose of the puny beasts.
1) Guard 4 saves the elf. If he fails, guard 5 saves the elf. Afterwards, they carry her outside the room, and interrogate her for any useful information regarding the fight.
2) During this whole ordeal, guard 1 will be blocking hound 1 from attacking guards 4 or 5 or the elf girl, guard two will be blocking hound two, and guard three will be blocking hound three.

((Didn't really seem to be a consensus, other than to save the elf girl. Rolled a d3, and rolled one, so went with Strawbarrel's suggestion))

Turn Order: Elf>Guard 1-5>Lesser Demons>Hag
Die Rolls:
Elf: -
Guard 1: (save) 10
Guard 2: 6
Guard 3: 4
Guard 4: 4
Guard 5: 7
Lesser Plague Demon 1: 4
Lesser Plague Demon 2: -
Lesser Plague Demon 3: -
Hag: -

Guard 1 sprints towards the elf girl once he notices she is starting to descend. He jumps at her, and snatches her out of the air. The Elf girl has been saved.
Guard 2 and 3 attack Lesser Plague Demon 2, dealing exactly 10 damage and killing it.
Guard 4 and 5 attack Lesser Plague Demon 3, dealing 11 damage and killing it.
Lesser Plague Demon 1 bites Guard 2, dealing 4 damage, and then vanishes into nothing.

C: Return to M.O.Ther with the girl (Will stop you from continuing scouting, girl will (possibly) be taken against her own will)
