The helpless are those tiny countries without true militaries, eminently unable to wager a war. The innocent are those who one does not have a true casus belli against, as well as have not committed evil.

Should one pledge not to commit aggressions against these nor to betray allies via war or politics, the Domain would support them with a military alliance, and with productive treaties of their choice.

Also, the Domain didn't issue any trade treaty requests.

To encourage its possible budding foray into morality and philosophy the Zosterian Domain will offer  the Galarian Union a trade treaty and research treaty, and an alliance (that would be honored in case of invasion) contingent on the question: "Will you not invade minor nations and nations you have no casus belli against?

It keeps a research and trade treaty open for any nation that would agree not to commit evil as previously defined!

Rakdar can agree to this, if the Domain is fine with Rakdar's military efforts to secure provinces #43, #44 and #45 failing diplomatic options to ensure security for it's people

The Ahrman Dominion will not release land that is part of of it's demesne. If the Rakdar truly intend to claim #45 then we will treat it as a declaration of war.

The Zosterian Domain would be willing to overlook wars over 43 and 45, but would not tolerate conquest of 44, seeing as it is a helpless nation.

Should that be accepted, the Domain would offer a trade and research treaty pair to Rakdar, but not an alliance.
