Entropy = uneven distribution of energy =/= energy.

Reducing/eating entropy = moving heat around from hot things to cold things, and likewise other types of energy from things with lots of it to things with little.

Eh...I don't think that's how it works.
Moving heat from cold things to hot things would reduce entropy, as far as I know.
Equilibrium is the state with the most entropy in.

Okay, the entropy-eater would temporarily contain the energy in an area. In time, the area becomes too hot to handle and has to expand for the eater to avoid burning to death. It'd be a slightly slower, more unstable process, but with the same end result.
