"Cmon Fel. A hot Magical Cat-girl going at it with an exotic snake-woman? Do you have any idea how much the internet would pay for that"

"Yes. It's the main way E003 and most encountered minor Entities Sigil people. It imprints on the soul. They only do physical Sigils if they want to elicit a psychological response unrelated to the Sigil for whatever reason or are literally so low on energy that they're incapable. Its less visible to just Sigil the soul and only someone who knows how would be able to find and remove it. The Sigiled person wouldn't even be aware of it assuming it was just a basic Sigil and assuming they don't have the skills for checking their soul. A more advanced Sigil would probably tip the Sigiled person off. Given, Entities and Magi can't really Sigil someone without invoking either a Rule or getting permission. Although both options are open for interpretation by the Magi or Entity, which means they could feasibly exploit the wording of what someone says and not pay heed to the intent. There's a reason the boss keeps telling everyone to watch their wording and what they say. Same goes for names, there's a reason he keeps saying names have power and to stop freely sharing em."

((Interns are employees. They're just low ranking employees that Akras can print out from the cloners by the dozen.))

Jon sighs after Frazz flies off. Making a mess of things and not even bothering to do something about it.

Fly up. Use my senses to track the villagers down. Crank my voice amp up.

"The dragon has left. Come back from the forest and we'll discuss transferring of the ownership of your village civilly. I'm giving you 15 seconds to comply before the woods will be set on fire."

Start the countdown.

Though hesitated at the flying metalic demon, at least it spoke and it wasn't a Dragon...

some of the scattered villagers began to gather again and hope that it's not a trick to easily burn them all at once.

Of course there are others that choose to not be a stupid fuck and stayed in the woods.

"Those of you who listened, well done. You've displayed a capacity for obedience. That will let you go far in the future. As for those of you who haven't, well... You will feel what happens to those who defy the will of Akras. Should you survive, consider this a lesson to remember."

Calculate how far the villagers could've gone. Sweep the forest with a repulsor beam. Cut off any path leading deeper into the forest with fire. Make it far enough from them that they have a chance of realizing that they done fucked up and should get the hell back. In other words, give them a small headstart.

"As a note, death is not the end. If any people who you care about died, Akras can revive them. In exchange for obedience and a moderate fee."

You shoot your beam in a wide arc around the forest, making a half ring of fire.

This visibly pisses off the men who came out to see what's up.

The heat signatures in the woods huddles to each others, your enhanced ears could hear the crying and whimpering of children as their mothers and elders coos to them and whisper how everything is going to be alright as black smog fills the sky from the burning woods.

The pissed off men who came out picked up rocks and starts to throw them at your direction, none of them even reaches you of course.

So they just yell bloody murders at the one who they believe just murdered their children and wives and extended families.

"This is the price of disobedience. And those that are inside the forest still have legs. Should they use them, they may find out that they can still survive. I will not kill those who choose not to give up and come back into the open."

Jon will wait for a while in the air. And call a team in to modernize the village.

The team is Enroute to modernize the village.

It seems that you have severely overestimated the abilities of the young, the weak and the infirm of a far more technologically and medically inferior civilization. Even as they've started to flee from the fire towards the middle, they started far later than you had expected and their speed are far slower than what you've thought they'd be travelling away from certain death with.

Maybe panicking from fire and carrying both the older and younger member of their family is the reason?

Either way it doesn't look like they'll out-run the fire in an oxygen-rich forest.
