To avoid overpopulation, maybe limit it to 2-3 or each non-Captain or Military Captain job, excluding Soldier since Military Captain basically is a better Soldier?

Added the scientist. I can change any of these if someone wants, I was jsut going with diversification so we can tell who's who. I like the idea of color coding so we can tell at a glance who's talking.

EDIT: But I think we all should vote on the color coding idea to be fair.

I can read most of them fine, Engineer is a bit hard, but Soldier is completely unreadable. Also, basically any color with a red glow should be perfectly readable on either theme.
